  • Awesome app

    I love this app. I have never been a runner, and always discounted myself as someone that would never be able to run. I could always work out, and do other things, but not sustained activity like running. Now, I actually look forward to running. I stuck with the program until it got to a point where I could exceed the allotted time and was able to skip to the next level.
    Looking back, it is funny how running the first couple of minutes felt like I might die at the beginning. Now, I can sustain a run for 30 or more minutes and I only stop because I have other things to do.

  • Easy as

    Love this app… a slow and steady intro to running. Simple to use. Easy to redo levels. I’ve been using the app for 5 months and am now able to run for 60 minutes at an ever increasing pace. I’m currently running approximately 10kms.. walk for 5 mins , run for 60mins, walk for 5 mins.
    Would recommend highly.

  • No sound and buggy with Apple Watch?

    Really want to like this app. It allows customizations of lengths of intervals, which few if any other apps in the same price range do which is awesome.

    However I can’t get it to work successfully with my Apple Watch. No sound or haptics even though I’ve set the app to do that. Also when the Watch screen goes dim and then you wake it, it shows the time that was remaining when it went dim. Not a huge problem except if your next interval is between those two times it doesn’t notify you until you wake the display and by that time your interval had already started a while ago. You just didn’t know since the app seems to sleep when the screen dims (?)

    This app is a fantastic way to start running. It gently increases the run time without you even noticing. The voice prompts are great and you can still listen to your music while using the app. Recommend this app

    I’ve looked at and tried other running apps before but as a try beginner with asthma this has kept me going and although I’ve only just started the incremental increases have been perfect for me.

    Great little app. Like the variation and intervals and how it builds. Some trouble playing music while running the app. Otherwise enjoying it very much and keeping me on track and motivated.
