Please try clearing the cache in the app and then, if necessary, reinstalling the app. Hope this will help you out and solve the issue.

I’ve never been able to Dry Shave, but with this I can, and the lack of irritation is amazing !

Thank you for sharing your experience with the GroomTribe app and our apologies for the delayed response. We regret to hear that your experience has been a frustrating one due to recurring issues with the connection. We kindly recommend you to try the following: Step 1: Press and hold the shaver power button for 10-12 seconds (until the app notification symbol on the shaver starts to blink). Step 2: Unpair your phone with your shaver. - Go to phone Settings -> General -> Bluetooth -> Select the shaver device and press "forget device" (this may differ per phone manufacturer). Step 3: Completely close (kill) and then restart the app. Step 4: Now, try to pair again by following instructions in the app. If the above does not bring improvement, we'd like to invite you to reach out to us via social media, so we can investigate the issue further and look for a solution. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website: www.philips.com/contact. We hope that you can soon use your shaver and the GroomTribe app without issues.
