  • Stealing your data

    Has some cool features, and could be really neat if there was an option to use the shave monitoring without being forced to share all your information with Phillips who does not need your information, but wants to sell it to other people could’ve been a good app was ruined due to a corporation, trying to make every penny they can

  • Not an app for people that want clean shave

    This App is only for people wanting some sort of facial hair. Its not for the folks that want a clean shave. Besides, timing at just 3 minutes, what if a person has as issue shaving that fast? Like a handicap or medical issue, you then get the orange shame icon? Not happy at all on this purchase. A device that tells me how long to shave and the app is limited at best.

  • Great Shaver

    Had always used manual razors and got tired of areas that grow in different directions and trying to get a clean shave. I read about this razor and thought I'd give it a try. I'm loving it! It gets a good clean shave. Since it has rotary blades it gets those privileged areas that grow in different directions. This is a great shaver!

  • Doesn’t work

    The app doesn’t work. It give no feedback other than shaving time. No feedback on pressure or technique. All the app says is “Not Shaving” while the timer shows shaving time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Paired, unpaired and repaired the shaver and still no feedback. The shaver itself works great, but I paid the extra money to give me the feedback that this app won’t give. Disappointed.

  • Poor app

    Great shaver but the app is abysmal. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and every other Bluetooth product I have connects without any problem. The Philips shaver however never connects unless I click on Forget this Device then switch off Bluetooth the switch on and repair. This I have to do every time that I use the shaver and it’s becoming a pain. Unless there is an update to solve this I will have to delete the app. Such a shame as the shaver is so good.

Otherwise, try a hard reset by pressing the on/off button on your shaver for 30 seconds. We hope this will solve the issue.
  • Good app but don’t trust tracking

    The app is pretty good but when it comes to keeping track of how many clean cycles you used on your clean pods, it doesn’t keep accurate count. There cleaning pod I’m using know jumped from 28 cycles left to 26 left after I used it next. The very next time it jumped down to 23 cleaning cycles left before changing the pod out. It seems that they want you to buy more pods before you get full use. That’s my observation.

  • Not that helpful

    The insights that the app gives you is not that helpful or accurate. Also, it stops the music playing on my phone which is annoying. It’s probably because it has embedded youtube videos on the home screen that no one cares.

  • Learning from reviews

    I’m wondering if Norelco reads the reviews regarding and feedbacks, Norelco is designing something that unnecessarily complicated instead of being easier to use. It’s S9000 has the worse side burner trimmer has ever been design by norelco, the head blade is bigger than older 9000 series harder to get to the spot to make the perfect shave, the app it just tells you that you’re shaving bad and what is it useful for God knows it doesn’t tell you when was shaver last fully charged to figure out for how long the battery charge lasts, I still have my 1290x with old head blade still is smoother and shave better than this one. I hope one day Norelco starts listening to the customers feedback and listening to their reviews.

  • Won’t stay connected

    This app is a great idea but my shaver will not stay connected. I have disconnecting and reconnect several times but as soon as I start to shave the connection is lost and will not reconnect.
