I can’t change the schedule times any more, what happened? It was working fine. My dog isn’t happy!

Great app just not so accessible
This app does quite a lot however it does not adhere to the text says you have set on your iPhone nor does it work with voice-over. As I am severely site impaired I would like to be able to make full use of this app.Heed123
Flower bud stopped working and support won’t help
Truly needed me to film everything where I tried everything I can and won’t believe me. Piece of junk and expensive. Not worth it. I won’t be purchasing VOCOlinc anymore. They do not update their firmware more often. It’s still under their warranty but will not assist and won’t believe their customer. I even put it close to the router and did everything I was told. I am good with IT, so that is not the issue. It’s their products that are unreliable and awful app. Constantly disconnect from my wifi.Show lessiimewii
Not bad needs tweaking
Not a bad app or set up. Lights and colors are great. Setup and sync with HomeKit is easy and trouble free. App lacks a couple simple options that would be helpful ( maybe I’m doing something wrong). I can give Siri commands that aren’t in the app. Simple thing like warm white or cool white defaults or basic color defaults. Plenty of custom set up but no resetting to defaults. Simple solid color or whites not shown. so once I use an effect on the app, I have to use Siri to go back to a steady white. This applies to dimming as well. Maybe the app has a way but I haven’t found it in four days.
Lastly, same as others have said. Loses sync and the solution is to remove from HomeKit, reset controller and repeat the setup.
Fix the sync and add basic control options and I would give it a 5 star. The lights themselves look fantastic.Show lessFLHoot
Lost a star due on latest update 3.1.18
Can no longer update firmware on the devices. I have 4 new switches that still have not updated the firmware and the app says “all devices are up to date”. But when I leave the app it has a 4 on the badge icon for the devices that need updates.
Would also be nice if you can say the command “restart (name of device)” to Siri or Alexa.Show lessBAT rider
Okay
Vocolinc products have been good for me thus far - I’m slowly replacing a house full of LIFX bulbs as they die off one by one. (LIFX is apparently uninterested in customer support anymore. Disappointing.) The Vocolinc app is okay for what it is - but only on the iPhone. It’s yet another one of those apps that are cartoonishly big and support portrait mode only on the iPad.Show lessLeft0verture
No issues at all
Came from iHome plugs that worked ok with a few hiccups, that got worse as the aged, even only a year later they were bad. Found these plugs and they have worked flawlessly with Alexa, google home, and HomeKit. I can use an service to control these and I have not had one issue in well over a year! App has always just worked as well, no issues even on beta ios.Show lesslogicdivide
Good app/products-lacking certain things
Would love a firmware update to enable adaptive lighting for my devices. As well as some sort of integration with certain effects into the Home app. Currently these can only be accessed via this app, and I would love to continue using your products without needing a separate app.sas230txst

Similar to an earlier reviewer, I’m not sure what the negative reviews are all about either.
I was apprehensive about the app having seen the low ratings, but I’d already purchased the plugs.
My experience was that the app was super easy to use. Took me less than a few minutes to set up both plugs. Controls my devices perfectly, including my Wemo smart plug, and automatically adds everything into Apple HomeKit, so I don’t have to even open the app once the plugs have been added/setup. I can now just control them via voice with Siri.Show lessmawalls
