  • Perfect for low budget

    The app has been working wonderfully, the Smart home devices are very nice, convenient and reliable.
    They all play with Apple HomeKit very nicely.
    Totally recommend both the products and the app.
  • Homekit only mode is very good

    I’m so glad this app offers homekit only mode without needing an account. I’ve updated my most important cameras to VOCOlinc due to this! I tried a eufy and the app made me sync to the cloud through their own account, so I returned it and went all in with VOCOlinc cameras.
  • No problems

    I don’t really use the app because I have it connected to HomeKit. I’m an automation specialist and the cost of everything is expensive so a working door lock for the price is great. 50% of my house is connected and I’m hoping to get to 100% without costing a lot since I have access to more than most and this helps.

  • Seems rock solid

    I haven’t used the app for much anything else besides just initially pairing my smart plugs, but it worked well for that! I have another app that I use for deeper automations that the home app doesn’t allow for.
  • Keypad wont light up and tried everything I can go

    Keypad won’t light up on my new T Guard smart lock. Took back apart a few times and checked wire connection. Tried factory resetting and still nothing. Buttons work just no lighting. Power saving mode in app is disabled also. Tried contacting the support a few days ago and again today and no response. Lock seems to work well other than not being able to see the numbers on the keypad without a flash light . I wouldn’t recommend to anyone because of their customer service.

  • Terrible

    Terrible app and smart plug. Purchased the Smart bar plug several months ago. Worked for about a week before problems occurred. The smart bar is constantly shown as “offline” in the app. After the first week, I had to factory rest the plug daily to get it to work properly. After about two months of that, the plugs have become completely worthless. I completely deleted the app and unplugged the smart-plugs and then tried to go through a complete setup again as if they were new out of the box. The plugs refuse to connect to the app and the one time I got a plug to connect, it immediately showed as “offline” again. The app is quite difficult and the supported products are even worse. Don’t waste your money.

  • Timers for outlets

    The app is ok, but nothing spectacular. Since I purchased the air purifier, I got rid of my WeMo outlets to narrow down my apps. The app is simplistic but complicated, at the same time. I can’t find an easy way to turn off the outlets after a set time. For example, I know it takes 10 minutes for my coffee maker. If I turn on the outlet to brew coffee, but decide to sleep 10 more minutes, my coffee is burnt.

    Give us to easily set up a timer since the option in HomeKit doesn’t work.

    You can set a time to turn on/off the outlet : VOCOlinc app > Home > Click your outlet > Schedules > add a timer. If your outlet is VP2/VP3/Smartbar/PM5E, It would be more easier. You can set a Countdown timer in VOCOlinc app > Home > Click your outlet > Countdown Timer > Set a countdown time.
  • Great Adaptive Light

    I love being able to schedule the light to turn on gradually. Kind of surprised though that I can not schedule to gradually turn off, it would seem like a pretty easy feature to provide considering it is the opposite of turning on gradually.
  • Smart light bulb not HomeKit compatible

    I was not able to get the smart lightbulb working with HomeKit. Even after contacting support I was given the runaround with Basic troubleshooting steps that did not help and that I have already confirmed was not the issue. I have not tried any other products I have only tried the smart light bulb for HomeKit. Based off of the support I have received so far and the product that I have purchased I do not plan to move forward with buying any more products from this company.
