Better than ever
This update is amazing! Must have app for anyone and specially people that travel or have lots of cards. Also for everyone that wants to get organized and have any personal document you need when you need it.melanomano
It does not recognise Australian mobiles numbers
It’s easy enough to set up, provided you’re not in Australia and are trying to confirm your mobile number because it won’t work. The opening of the app also gives you a totally unnecessary splash screen. And once open there are icons at the top telling to you invite friends, upload more documents etc which is just a waste of screen space. It’s not a very clean finish. But recording documents and cards is easy enough.Show lesswhosaid

I use this digital wallet to store things my iPhone wallet doesn't allow. For example, I put my SS card, insurance card, and my Drivers License in this digital wallet. I like the feature that allows me to password protect the information as well so that only I can access certain information on the platform.
This digital wallet is a great app to fill in the gaps where Apple's wallet is deficient.Show lessworldbfree4u
I lost it all!!!
I spent time loading a whole lot of precious cards and information onto Folio I changed iPhone for a newer one as my old one got too slow. I realised that all my Folio content was gone. I tried to retrieve it and no the backup password is not recognised. I contacted tech support who simply asked if I have the old phone. No because I had to trade it in to afford the new phone (like everyone I’d imagine). So it is all gone. All that time and work. All those precious pieces of important information. Cards I can’t find anymore as I was sure I had them safe in Folio. Please don’t make the mistake I did and keep things this app just for them to be swept away for an unrecognised restore password. !!!
Thank you for the response. I’m confident that to copied and pasted my backup password accurately to my password manager. But it won’t work. So I say it’s a fault. You say I lost my password or wrote it down wrong. I don’t see how they is possible with copy paste. Still it’s all lost forever. I’ll start again. Perhaps I’ll use some other App or just an Apple folder in Photos.Show lessHappy Jim6432843

As a result, we've launched the latest app update, Folio 2.0, which now allows you to log in from any device. Additionally, we've enhanced the accessibility of your details by implementing a recovery code system in case of password loss. Plus your cards and documents are encrypted locally on your device for security you can trust. We hope you give the latest update a try!Won’t take pics properly
Update: Developers still haven’t added a way to trigger a photo capture. Ridiculous. Can’t handle any odd card shapes. Don’t bother with this app.

Handy to have all my cards in one place. Photo taking is automatic, tho, with no manual snapping allowed. Can’t photograph many of my cards. Developers - please just let us trigger the photo snap. It boggles my mind that you won’t let us do this.Show lessCityMouseDC
Was better. Didn’t live up to the opportunity
Limited functionality. It had a “medical card” category but inexplicably got rid of it. It doesn’t let you create your own categories, which is so easy to do and doesn’t make sense. It calculated my age off my passport when I entered it, but doesn’t update it as I get older, and won’t allow you to edit it. To change my age, I would have to delete and reenter my password. Why doesn’t it have a credit card category? Most importantly, it should be able to interact and fill info from credit cards etc. onto other sites.Show lesspbleic
Latest Update Torture
Why spoil a good thing. With the automatic photo capture, the app doesn’t even give me a chance to see what I want to take a picture of when using the “Other” option. It’s gone happy wild taking a picture of my desk and not waiting for me to focus and get close to the actual card I’m trying to capture. That feature works well when using the “Bank Card” option but not for the “Other” option. And I can’t find anywhere to turn this off. Images are also very blue. The developer who updated this app needs to get back to the drawing board immediately—trying to fix what wasn’t broken. Use to love this app, now I have to scan in a medical card using the “Bank Card” option to get a decent image and end up with my cards in the wrong folder.Show lessRetmus

Where are the promised updates??
You don’t have most of the features you advertise. I can’t categorize my cards as shown (there is no section for medical cards or most any of the others). I can’t create my own categories.
