Love it
I am not very up on technology. I wanted to have dessert but time was running out. My very nice waiter help me get the ap and put in extra time on my meter so that I could enjoy dessert. Sooooo easy to use. I love it.
App Work n Don’t Work
Unfortunately this app doesn’t always work. And if you leave before your session ends it doesn’t always allow you to stop it.
Double payment!?
I love this app and how convenient it makes parking around the city. However I’ve notice on multiply occasions where my time has expired and I want to extend the parking. The rate to park the same amount of time is always double. I work as a contractor around the city so I am parked at one spot for 2-4 hours at a time. And it’s outrageous to park on the street for 2 hours for $12. I’m not sure if this is intentional or not. Either way it needs to be rectified.

Easy App to Park
Just downloaded this due to a broken kiosk and set it up in a matter of minutes. Knowing there will be no ticket on my car when I leave is priceless!
Unreliable and frustrating
I have had a Park Mobile acct for ages and used it w no issues. Sine merging w MeterUP my log in is frequently not recognized on either app. When it does I will get a text from MeterUP and an email from ParkMobile. This shouldn’t be so hard to manage! After setting parking successfully w MU I tried to check my remaining time and it wouldn’t recognize my log in🤯

Expensive and difficult to use
I experienced some issues when I used it this past weekend during a salon visit in Philly. I did not realize the pricing doubles when you extend time! I paid $6.80 for 4 hours when the price should have only almost half that! I thought the extended price was the total however it was showing that I needed to pay additional. Before I went to extend the third time, I set a reminder BUT my phone did not alert me! When I went to pay for my spot again, the price shot up to just under $7 for me to keep my spot. Absolute rip off! I’ll never use this metered parking service again! There were others that I have used in the past that are fair and don’t rip you off! I had to move my car and luckily a free parking spot emptied for me. It was not convenient to run out of a salon, hair looking crazy to find a spot either!

Response from developer
I am sorry for your frustration. Unfortunately, the parking times and cost are configured by our clients, as we are simply facilitating the transaction. I strongly encourage you to reach out to the owner of the parking space and let them know that you would like different options with your parking.
Fast and convenient
Beats fumbling around with a parking meter (the kind that takes your money or card and gives you a receipt. And you get a reminder when time is running out!
Meter up
This a great service. No need to wait in line. Not having to worry about having exact change. The best is being able to pay for the parking while on the train!
Visiting Philly
App works good. Hotel we were staying in had no parking and said they tow cars at 8am sharp and to park in the lot down the corner for $30 a day, cause the PPA will tow cars at 8am sharp. They didn’t mention this app or how the parking worked. We were leaving around 9 or 10 am anyway so to walk out and pay $30 for parking would have sucked for 5 days we were here. So I would wake up load my parking section add the 2 hours for $5.40 and didn’t even have to get out of bed. Saved a $120 .....I Was thinking the hotel was trying to get us to park in that lot as maybe they own it and just trying to get another tourist!!

“No Bad...”
**This app needs a comprehensive list of available parking (not just favorites), in order to find the most desired and available parking on the day in say, Center City Philadelphia, for instance; especially including motorcycles specific zones. Also, I can’t change the nickname of the vehicle if the vehicle is currently “parking”. Lastly, parking is for the city to cash-in on obstructive and restrictive parking; NOT to “cash out” financial hardship in an actual game of where to park by confusion. Hope this helps.**
