Keeps crashing
It automatically closes it self and I have to restart it. This is most usually when I try to view my trips.
Really poor, havenβt been able to check in
Really poor. Constant errors trying to check in and even when I was able to input information, the information reset itself and I am at risk of checking in with the wrong information!

Ethiopian Airlines deserves a better app
The design of the app can be improved significantly. Also there are a lot of bugs including when loading account details or providing a rating. Ethiopian Airlines deserves a better app!
Useless
I cannot change my seats or my meal preference. I havenβt yet needed to check in but I wonβt be surprised if I canβt do that either. Really useless app, I donβt need a whole app just to view the details of my flight which is basically all this app can do!
Error upon error
It can be fun search Google for the various error messages you encounter and figure out whyβfor myriad reasons that never get exhaustedβyou perpetually receive cryptic error messages attempting to use this app. If you get your boarding pass (which I would consider the most valuable function of any airline app), you are in serious luck.

Please fix. An old version info keeps showing up every time I try to open the app despite updating to the newest version.
Fix app exiting itself
