Poor and Inconsistent
Frustrating app. Instead of making passenger’s life easier, much time is wasted re-entering the same passenger information - over and over and over again. Don’t waste time entering and saving your passenger data, travel documents, or any preferences as the app never associates this with any new bookings. It has to be repeated every single time. ShebaMiles is haphazard when logging your trips and air miles, sometimes it logs them, sometimes it logs parts but not all of the journey, sometimes it doesn’t log anything. Don’t be surprised if your email inbox gets flooded with random log in verifications after using the app and having already logged in successfully. Much improvement needed.

Does not link accounts
Can log on with Sheba Miles on website but app just refuses to recognise account. Makes it difficult to go between the two to try and organize or manage bookings

The app is decent to use but some tools are difficult to select in a mobile phone which makes the whole process of purchasing a ticket very difficult

Takes forever show you the price and had to keep putting in my payment information couple of times

One of the best airlines in Africa thank you for everything you do
Getting closer but still a few bugs
It won’t allow seat changes and even though I put in my Starline Gold number and never printed out on my boarding passes or showed digitally. I had to add it when I got to the airport. And I keep getting this notification within the app that I’m not connected to the Internet when clearly I am. As a result, it won’t let me do anything. I had to go through the browser to check in.

Needs serious update.
Can’t register and payment keeps declining. This app needs serious fixing.
App needs a major update
I love Ethiopian airlines but the app is a major let down. I can not select seat.
Also when booking domestic flight somehow after you select and save your seat, your seat is given to somebody else.
I am writing this because I love Ethiopian airlines and I would love for it to exceed but with this type of issues, I don’t think people would chooses these flight from others. That would be loss for Ethiopia who worked so hard to build their business.

Reconcile
I am not sure why a trip does not show on this app if the booking is done under account login. Made the booking on my laptop but the checkin on my mobile app. Shouldn’t these two reflect under a login?
Very Good
The best airline in Africa for sure. Very easy app and website, excellent customer service, and a great service in the air. No messing about and not overly inflated prices like some other carriers. I’m definitely using Ethiopian Airlines again.
