Payment horrible
Payment via international cards Amex and Mastercard either via credit or debit doesn’t work. Instead you need to get a code then find a bank that’s on their list and pay there in cash for the ticket. If you are local then you can pay but international (Australian) cards don’t work.

Worst
I booked my flight (with the most expensive price tag for that flight), had my seat number, checked in and loaded my luggage. Then I am told I booked late so that other passengers have already boarded the flight. Literally at the last minute they canceled my flight, and to make it worse there is no one responsible and able to help! My God!
