Helpful app to know the locations but observed that the wait times shows were not accurate. I was in app and see my nearest location shows zero wait time and I went there but see there were 4-5 vehicles in line. Blocks password manager pasted passwords
Seriously!? This app requires you to use a complex password, fine. What is not fine is it blocks pasting of those complex passwords from any other app making the creation of the passwords near impossible when using 1Password. Even after the password is created within the 1Password app there is no way to “confirm it” because the field is always filled on the top regardless. I wouldn’t even try to log back into this app but for some reason it keeps sending me coupons 350 miles away which are useless.Show lessNewWaveDJ
What’s the Point??
I’m only giving this app 3 stars because I was under the impression that I could see my oil change history here. It’s nice to see what locations are close to me, but that’s what a map is for! If I could see my history, make changes to my account, maybe get an alert for my next change, then I’d maybe (maybe) give this app 5 stars. What a waste to download imo. Uninstalled. Inaccurate wait times!
I sat in line for nearly 2 hours today while my location never displayed a wait time longer than 18 minutes! I could see that every time the line moved, the timer reset to 18 minutes and began counting down, but they didn’t complete an 18 minute service while I was in line. There were 2 cars being serviced and 4 cars in line (2 in each line) when I arrived and was leaving 2 hours after I arrived. Favorite Place
I only do business with Festus, Mo location, and that won’t be changing anytime soon! They are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, and being a single women I’m usually in fear anytime it comes to getting anything done on my vehicle, but not here!! At my Festus, Mo Valvoline I’m never scared cuz I don’t have to be! At my last visit the district manager had dropped in on them and he too was amazing, and he actually stopped what he was doing to keep me company and took the time to make sure I had no concerns while I waited for my car to be done! You won’t find one tech there who is not friendly, honest and efficient, and the best part is they even go out or their way to always try and save you money!! So for your next oil change I dare you to visit my favorite Festus, Mo or any Valvoline location, I promise you if you do, it will be the only place you choose to go!!Show lessnwest76

What is the point of having the app if the location that is closest to you always says call the store instead of giving you the estimated wait time for service? My understanding of the app is it was designed to show you exactly that. Yet every single time I log into it the store nearest to me says I need to call them to get the wait time. And it’s not just the store closest to me that says that. I do not know if that is an issue with the app or if the Newport Kentucky location isn’t doing something on their end so that it shows in the app. Either way something I feel needs to be addressed otherwise there is absolutely no point in this app.Show lessjustagirl513
Dependable & Fast
I’ve been using Valvoline products since I’ve started driving, so 20 years, and they’ve never disappointed. I am a regular customer at the Oil Change locations, and again, never a disappointment. They’re quick, dependable, and straight forward. I will continue to use Valvoline in all my vehicles.EMullins
Speaking to the manager today.
The service here is friendly and seems OK. However, sometimes I like to do the work myself. Today, when I crawled under the vehicle, I could not get the drain plug out. I worked for over an hour with a socket wrench; I rounded the plug hex. Then I hammered a smaller socket on and used a bigger wrench with a cheater. All I did was wreck the plug. This is the second time this is happened at this facility on route 31 in Liverpool New York; the last time, they told me they had a special tool to take a damage plug out.
I would not be writing this, except that this is the second time for this same facility. I will be speaking with the manager today. Oh, by the way:I did confirm that my last oil change was also at this facility. Not me.Show lessThe manager will tell you.

I love love valvoline oil company. The people are so friendly and are always giving you great prices with coupons and quality service.
I love that this app helps you get great deals and will show you the nearest locations.
Lastly my favorite is that you never have to get out of the car when their doing maintenance like other places.
