Dr Ball is the finest doctor I’ve ever known!
You will think you are the only person he has the day he sees you, either in person or virtually. You can tell him anything as he is an attentive listener like a detective solving a problem! He is compassionate, kind, understanding and down to earth. This practice is not a factory! It’s a well run group of dedicated professionals from office staff to the doctors. Every single person has your back and wants you to regain your health. THESE are people you can trust with your life. They won’t give up on you!

Love Love Love
Aimee is quite a healer. My appointments are always the last of the day, and yet she still seems fresh, and is still highly attentive as a listener. She thought about my case even after I left, and came up with an additional remedy a day or two later. There is also a loving atmosphere in the clinic. That makes me truly look forward to being there, and being in her presence. I have a long history of multiple medical problems, so this is really saying something. I am getting some of the best care from her that I have ever gotten.

Human help line was nice..but
This app is to take the place of my former very useful access. Not cool. The former app held all the physicians in my clinic and I could choose which I needed to contact. With this new system, I need to see them before they show up in my profile! How can one contact or cancel appointments if the physician doesn’t exist? It was so much easier to send a message to the office to actually see if it was necessary to visit or if labs were needed. I admit, I was told by the extremely nice human I spoke with that I could send a general message to the clinic system and it might reach the specific Dr eventually! My primary isn’t even listed as I saw her two months ago, before the app changed. 😳This system may exist nationwide, but it’s not very efficient or even pretty! And the actual site itself is bare bones. Perhaps it will flesh out, but at the moment, yuck! Reckon I’ll just go back to phone calls and waiting til I can get through!

he is excellent fantastic to respond right back and be aware and act on my needs. He even answers questions that I forget to ask when I see him in person.

Could be better
This app works for messaging with your doctor, but could use an upgrade to the user interface and access to your information.
Going to the app makes you login through what appears to be a web portal. Unlike all the other numerous apps I use, it doesn’t provide an option to use biometrics to make the login easier.
Additionally, administrative messages and customer service leaves a bit to be desired. For example, billing messages appear to provide a link, but the link “never” works, at least for this user. Despite messages requesting a fix or a paper copy so the invoice can be paid, there is no response from either the App provider or the billing department.
Another improvement would allow an easier way to look at all the results of your tests, without having to go out and often restart at the beginning.

Very poor patient service
I’ve been a longtime patient and have only recently has the responses been lacking,
Replies to my phone call messages are worse than terrible, they’re non existent. The same with lack of service to emails. I’ve made three phone call requests statring since the beginning of December for three consecutive weeks. No respondeds from anyone. Nurse, PA, or doctors . I’ve sent a message via the portal it’s been almost two weeks again no responds or reply. Amelia Heart was once a class act. It’s no longer a quality patient care provider. The practice needs to reevaluate its mission as it’s ground too large too fas. Please feel free to contact me. Regretfully,

It’s OK, but Docs never use/check it!
Some test results are hard to find in the app. I’ve had a Dr upload documents on the site for their patients and they too were very difficult to locate. Had to call multiple times for assistance just to find them in the app. Also, many labs take an excessively long time to appear in the app. Finally, it would be SO much better if doctors would actually USE the patient portal to respond to non-emergent questions, etc. or simply to post info about their clinics changing office hours, new staff, new procedures, etc.!

Needs improvement
I utilize different televisit sites for different doctors. I must admit this one is my least favorite. I cannot seem to find a way to attach a file to send in a message. If there is a way then it’s not easy because I have not been able to do it yet. I communicate with my surgeon on a regular basis on another site and I wanted to take a screenshot of a message that he sent me in regards to staying on a medication that my doctor on this site was wanted me to discontinue. But there was no way for me to attach that screenshot to a message for me to send to my doctor on this site.
On my other two sites it is very easy and straightforward. It is just like sending an email there is a little paper clip icon that you click and it pulls up for you to choose from take a picture, choose from photos, or choose from a file.
I wish this one was just as easy. Because I had to get the offices email and send a copy of the message to the email for him to add to my file. Too difficult and too many steps.

Previa is great! Needs option for non caregivers
Those of us who transport folks to appointments, need a way to get updates or confirmation of appointments. As it is now, I must call the desk and they give message to Dr/NP team.
When I connect after hours through Previa, my messages go to my personal account— message eventually gets to correct team, but it would be better if given an option to send messages on behalf of another.

Underdeveloped App, there’s better out there
This app has a dated feel to it, it’s clunky and not user friendly. Lord help you if you have a second person (child) on your profile. The messaging system is awful…. Never populated the right profile or correctly brings up the doctors names. You basically have to reply back to a prior message and ask that person to pass Ali g your message to the right person. Often you click on something in the app and nothing populates. I have another app for a doctors office and it’s amazing…. Called ModMed. Take notes Privia…. You could learn something from their technology. If I could put zero stars for you I would.
