Sorry for the experience, if you reside in New Zealand, on the first screen please click on “I already have a Latitude ID”, on the next screen, please click on “Forgot password”, enter your email and follow through the flow. Great Service
Great app but security is a pain
Every now, and then it won’t use your face or fingerprint to unlock the app you have to go back to your password, if you wrote it down correctly…which once again is a pain.
Always good to have a backup plan
This version has some bugs
Can’t log in! Useless!
Face recognition (when the app finally gets me there) looks like it’s going to work but after a few seconds takes me to a log in page, which does nothing but makes the app look like it’s doing something, but opens the log in page again. So I click face recognition and it does the same thing!
Considering you’re a financial institution, I’d have thought you would be aware of this issue, as it’s never changed in 2yrs. Reading some of the other reviews, I’ve had the same and similar issues as theirs but my main gripe with this app is I CANT LOG IN!! Please, consider paying someone to use this app like a customer, make a list of all the issues (if they can even log in) and fix them so the app actually works.
