Amazing App
I love that the app allows you to access everything u need to take control of credit cards and you can even link in other latitude products so it’s all there in one place. I have my latitudepay account linked in with my card in the app and the only thing I’m disappointed in is that you can make payments on your credit card account but not latitudepay account but you are able to see when payments are due and the amounts. I would love to see this change in a future update.Show lessL3itch
Great Service
Gem was there when i needed help for something urgent and I select an option for them to give me the amount according to my expenses or income and they gave me much more than i thought which was more than enough to cover what we needed this urgen card for. So thank you Gem 😊Emz1611
Great app but security is a pain
In order to validate a bank account, you need to have two small deposits deposited into your bank account and then register them back with this app. If you miss your window, you have to call latitude and start the process from scratch. I did it three times! This is arduous.
Every now, and then it won’t use your face or fingerprint to unlock the app you have to go back to your password, if you wrote it down correctly…which once again is a pain.Show lessjohnodel (UK)
Always good to have a backup plan
What a great app to manage your credit card transactions. Quick and easy to do online shopping and hassle free payments. I would recommend GEM VISA to everyone who’s financial responsibleold_ass1976
This version has some bugs
I have found that when using the chat function the screen does not resize correctly so you cannot see the send arrow. When moving to live chat the app just drops out and resets to the login screen. This happened twice in a row for me.ross888pro
Can’t log in! Useless!
Logging in on the app isn’t even hit & miss, I’m lucky if I can log in every 10-15 attempts! Sometimes I have to try a few times a day for up to 3-4 days. I haven’t had any problems with apps (so far) except this! I’ve tried 3 times this morning, 4 times yesterday and a few times the day before! Why? Apple refer me to the developer, which is what I expected to hear, so here I am 2+yrs since getting this app and having the same problem it’s always had. This is only my second review and I’m wondering why I haven’t reviewed this a long time ago but after putting up with your useless call centre staff and attempting to log in to check transactions and pay YOU money, leaving a review seems the only option you’ve left me.
Face recognition (when the app finally gets me there) looks like it’s going to work but after a few seconds takes me to a log in page, which does nothing but makes the app look like it’s doing something, but opens the log in page again. So I click face recognition and it does the same thing!
Considering you’re a financial institution, I’d have thought you would be aware of this issue, as it’s never changed in 2yrs. Reading some of the other reviews, I’ve had the same and similar issues as theirs but my main gripe with this app is I CANT LOG IN!! Please, consider paying someone to use this app like a customer, make a list of all the issues (if they can even log in) and fix them so the app actually works.Show lessalexandanj

App is good for checking status of each individual internet free account but doesn’t have any features to be able to pay additional money onto chosen internet free account which is pretty useless compared to other financial apps out there. Instead you have to ring call centre EACH WEEK if you want to make an additional payment so they can register which transaction you want the money added too. Find this is way behind in features if you want to pay money so renders it useless unless you want to view balances. This app, when fully working, is great to use as well as easement to do several things for your card in a flash, whether it be disable it, change the pin for security or even order a new card or card number. During these tough times today, it’s great to have up to 2 years interest free on things when needed and be able to pay it off at your comfort. You’re also able to make extra repayments whenever the time suits you now, unlike the old method, which was literally a once a week payment. You can also choose which transaction you which to apply each payment to, I.E. if you wish to pay something down/off, go for it!!! 😀👍😎Show lessTechpodcaster
Good service all Around
I’ve had Gem visa for many years now and recently got another personal loan. So far my experience with Gem visa/Latitude had been really awesome. Found customer service very helpful. I had to link my personal loan account to my gem visa app and it was an easy set up. Thank you to all Latitude.Atunes07
Worst app and with ripping customer formula
I generously give a single star if i get the chance will mark negative.
Too hard to setup your account to make a payment and if you want to use any other mode of payment will charge you extra. Billing cycle reduce to 25 days and charge increase to approx $9 seriously is that a benefit or ripping customer formula!!! Customer service only 5 days between 9 to 5 office hours with the help of inefficient team and take more than half an hour to response a call doesn’t matter at what time you made a call.
Team will log your complaint but technical team won’t call you back until they charge you extra and then you have to execute the whole process to explain and reverse the charges which is in actual not your fault.
