  • Update Doesn't Work

    The app was updated some time in Feb/March 2021 & since then, it does not work. It won't open, I can't access it anymore and so I can't get my balances, can't use the app to make payments, can't do anything.

    The app won't update - it says, "Go to the App store to update" but when I go to the app store & find the Latitude app, it only says "Open." When I click on "Open" it says, "Go to the app store to update." It is an endless back & forth loop. I am on an iphone 6S. Help!

    I have iOS 10 so to hear that support for it was dropped is a shock. My 6S can't update to iOS 11 as there's not enough memory. Or am I supposed to buy a new phone just so I can use the app?? Please PLEASE why can't you just go back to supporting iOS 10? It doesn't make sense from a customer service point of view to just dump it. The consequences on clients of doing that are significant.

    Sorry to hear about your experience, we have recently dropped support for iOS 10 that could be the reason you are not seeing updated Latitude app. Could you please confirm you have iOS 11 or above?     I am not able to open the app because it is asking to update it. When I go to app store, there is no update available for it.

  • Update to latest version

    For sone reason I cannot see the word UPDATE in order to open app. It appears i have the latest version but cannot open it. Doing something wrong?

  • So glad they have an app now!

    I’ve been wanting 28degrees to launch an app for the longest and after a few teething issues I’m finding it so handy! So much quicker than having to log in on the website and pay that way. Very happy with the app.
  • NEEDS IMPROVEMENT SERIOUSLY OUTDATED

    Honestly by far the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with.
    You would think it would allow you to Make payments through it via either online banking or card it’s as if a middle aged person created this app.
    On top of that when you click how to make a payment it’s only ridiculous instructions on how to in the store etc but won’t give the user the necessary information eg refrence codes etc.
    Please look at Afterpay & Laybuy zip pay layout on their apps these are user friendly & a great example of how your app should be.

  • Constantly asking for password is getting annoying

    Constantly asking for password for security reasons. Very amateur to make use of imbedded app face lock and then override that feature with request to re enter password . All my other financial institution’s apps far more usable and are a higher risk category as can actually spend account balance and create a funds transfer.
    This re entering my password constantly is way too over the top for an app to just check balances.
    The risk management team really need to look to what modern best practise is that actual risk of the app in event of malicious event and balance that with end user usability approach.

  • Unable to use Touch ID

    The app used to work perfectly using Touch ID. Now I have laboriously to type out my password each time and when I try to activate Touch ID in settings it won’t let me do so. I may as well go back to using the website; apps are supposed to be more convenient - this is the only banking app I have that doesn’t have a convenient way to log on.

    Very disappointing, please fix this bug.

  • Time-wasting app

    I have been using this credit card for years but since Latitude took over from 28 degrees I’ve had no end of trouble logging on through the app. On the app I use fingerprint sign-in but I’m regularly asked to sign in with a password instead, which I then need to look up. Thankfully, no other apps display such little trust in fingerprint sign-in. I now hate using this app, which means I also limit the number of times I choose to use Latitude’s card as a form of payment. Much easier using a debit card such as ING, knowing that the app will work perfectly every time.

  • Sort this app out!

    Now correct me if I am wrong but I thought the whole point of this app is to keep track of your account and be able to pay it? Firstly I used to use the Go MasterCard app and I could pay my bill using my debit card this one you cannot. I have just tried to pay my account and it tells me Bank Transfer will be available again in 5 days? What’s that all about also there is no notification that I have actually paid today! so I am not sure if I actually paid! I will have to go and check my bank account now. Why are you not fixing these issue and why are you making it difficult to pay? Bring back the old app it was so much better! Oh and buy the way the 5 days I am waiting to be able to use the bank transfer is past the due date of my monthly payment! Is this so you can charge me????
