Great to have an app for my account. It’s easy to use and does what I need... usually. Sometimes when I try to make a payment through bank transfer it says I’ve made a payment in the last 5 days, thus preventing me from making a transfer- when I haven’t done so! If I check back in a few days later it does work. But really odd.Show lessmagnumoverlord
Never had so many issues with an app
The first issue was when I went to make a payment and I accidentally hit the ‘Pay To Clear Balance’ button. There is no confirmation once you select it, it’s goes straight through and it is right next to the ‘Pay Other Amount’ button, very easy to accidentally hit it. I did contact the company about the issue but they couldn’t help me, very disappointing. The second issue is waiting 5 days to make another transaction, I’ve been waiting 10 days and I still can’t make a payment. This app makes it very difficult to make payments. I originally tried direct debt, but you only take monthly payments instead of weekly ones, again making it difficult to pay off your loan.Show lesshahshdusbsncicsjks
Good, simple
Much better than using the website. Simple app, but I’ve never had any issues. It would be nice to have an option for viewing statements through the app as I still need to log into the website for that.deiphid
Suggestion
I like the app. Not much not to like. I would like though to see each transaction being able to by me marked as verified by. My card gets used all over the world. Sometimes travelling sometimes shopping.
The reason being is I just bought some concert tickets overseas and would have liked to go straight in to the app and marked them off as verified, stopping the automated calls from fraud prevention.
Another thing is my auto-deductions monthly we’re stopped by fraud prevention after another dodgy charge I didn’t approve was made.
I would think that the same charge, the same day every month wouldn’t be flagged as suspicious.

Improvement
This app is great, the only thing that would be better would be if when you clicked into each amount, it listed what you had purchased at Harvey Norman - it just gives a total price and no breakdown.Lyaaaah xx
The transaction details gets updated with delay.
Also it would be nice to have the functionality to change card settingscard setting

It’s way easier for me to see my balances now rather than tracking it on their desktop website. The app is interactive as well.
I wish they could add the loans outstanding as well so it’s easier to monitor same with the cc.Jayel Steanne

I found this to be a great app! Sooooo much easier then logging in online, etc. However I still find myself going online because it’s missing one thing! When making my monthly payment I can’t see the amount required to not incur any interest! Only the minimum payment or to clear the card fully! Would like to see an addition to help customers keep track of purchases that do not qualify for interest fee. For instance their own tab as interest free purchases do. This would help users keep track of all purchases and what they still owe and where payments are being allocated to.KaylaCarter101
