Tried to register and log in. I keep getting an error that says “oops something went wrong, please try later. Call latitude if issue persists”.
So I tried for a few hours, no luck. So called customer service. Asked me to try again in 2-3 hours. It’s been 24hours , still not working!!

  • Mr Hutton

    Quick and easy to navigate.
  • Worts credit card app experience ever.

I’m not able to login after typing my password many times.
I’m able to login for the Wep App, using same password.
Since you switch this new Latitude App on production mode, it has been a constant headache to use it.

  • Bank Transfer Not Available

This app is useless, they said “bank transfer isn’t available you might have used this feature within the last 5 days” which is just not true, my last payment via bank transfer was 25/08 and it’s now the 16/09, I only have 5 days to pay this portion off so essentially what’s happening here is they’re trying to STEAL your money by saying you have to wait 5 days to use the bank transfer feature right when your payment is due so they can charge a late fee. I saw they won a shonky award a while back, well deserving of it.
On top of all that it makes no sense whatsoever to put a limit on how frequently you can bank transfer to pay off a loan?! Biggest mistake to have gone with them, Domayne should be ashamed to have anything to do with them.
They’re customer support is also dodgy and no one gets back to you, if you’re reading this and considering using latitudes services, I strongly recommend you run for the hills.

  • Annoying slow repayments

Whilst the app is helpful, I really dislike not being able to make immediate repayments without fees and without the lengthy 5 days to see the money leave my regular bank account. It’s annoying because if you forget you’ve made that payment 3 days later and shuffle money around, you get stung with a insufficient funds fee. I know I should make sure the funds are there but in my head, it’s been paid. It just doesn’t actually get paid until several days later…

  • Latitude App Low on Info

The app is helpful on everything but making a payment. I’m worried that I’ll end up with a late payment record because the app does a five day hold on money sent to it. Transfer is not immediate.
I bought interest free at Domayne. It took six weeks for my sofa bed to be made and delivered but eight weeks for my purchase to show up in the app. I rang Latitude to enquire about the process. I was told they would email me. I still haven’t received anything.
The app needs to be more simple so older people can use it easily. I am a casual worker so I don’t do direct debit. Make it easier for those of us who use the app to pay.

  • UN-User Friendly App

I urgently needed to put a hold on my 28deg MasterCard to avoid fraudulent activity. On opening the app there was no menu to enable that. In fact I I couldn’t even view transactions at all. And the Support was useless too. When you open Support-Help-Contact, an emergency 24/7 telephone number should be clearly highlighted. It wasn’t there at all ! The menu for managing the card is only evident when you tap the card; how could I have known to do this ? When you want to find a form (eg complaints) you have to go around and around to find it. Yes, there’s a lot of information hiding behind “Support” but what’s the use if you try to follow it and nothing happens. Very disappointing app; I liked the old one better.

  • Updated and Displayed Info

Latitude Pay is only viewable in a seperate website. It should be able to be seen within this app... double handling of information is never user friendly. It should be one succinct application that shows all accounts for that user - that was the original marketing prong for the app.

I also wish my password wouldn’t expire so quickly. I don’t plan on checking the app every day or every week - so this shouldn’t be a reason for my password to expire. It just makes it harder on me to try and find and remember a new password.

  • Opinion of the Company and App

If I were Dr. Edward de Bono I would have added a 7th hat, “the application process”. My consultant was abrasive and not at all friendly, they didn’t let me speak, despite being at work I was expected to call my bank and sit in a cue for over 2 hours, everything had a deadline, I received multiple calls in the space of a few minutes after an hour had passed and I hadn’t signed my contract (I’m still at work trying to do work), I wasn’t given the opportunity to ask questions about the information that doesn’t exist during the exchange, they failed to explain anything to me in detail - I haven’t received my welcome pack, I don’t know my account number, and they didn’t mention how to use the app to check my details. I would go as far to say it felt like a ploy to get my details, but obviously this isn’t the case. If I could go back in time I would.

Why is the app separate from the website?
Why can’t I connect my account to the app?
