  • Useless and terrible customer service

Trying to connect my Ubigi internet account to my e-sim on my compatibiliteit iPhone is impossible. Customer service seized to respond and I am left without access to my data. Waste if money and waste of time. Thieves and unprofessional conduct. DO NOT USE UBIGI

  • Use Airalo instead

Genuinely astounded at how poor the eSIM works. Currently in Japan and left stranded because of how unreliable the connectivity is. Save yourself the headache and the money and go with a different provider.

  • Doesn’t work

I couldn’t use the plan, barely at all. It didn’t work, i checked my settings at many levels and nothing. Today, my last day away from home, it worked for a little while.

  • Simply not working

I traveled to Japan and my eSIM is not working. The customer support got in touch acknowledging an issue on their end and sending a new QR code, which still doesn’t work. They tried deleting my account and asked me to recreate, but that does not work either.

TL;DR: still no internet after 48h and two customer support emails

  • Love it

I was so impressed with the connectivity and the ease of installing and using the plan I purchased. I will be using your eSIM in my future travels.
  • Great flexibility

I used Ubigi across Japan without issues. I had to reinstall de esim when renewing it. I recommend.
  • Affordable and reliable!

I love it. It’s one of the most affordable out there as far as esim (data only) goes. Used it in Japan and Canada. Good amount of coverage unlike the pocket wifi I used to have. Sometimes I just want to do a quick top off or check my data, but the app itself logs me out every 2 or 3 days, so I have to re-login when that happens—hence giving it a 4 star. If it allows for a Face ID/biometrics login, that would be great instead of punching in my email/password.

  • Such a waste of money

I purchase the survive and was unable to used it as I did not receive a QR code to do so. I paid $12 usd for it and did not use it as the QR code they spent had no data attached so was unable to get the service. I wrote back to customer service on Thursday 25 of April and up to today the 27 of April I have move no reply. I need to get my money back as it is not fair for one to pay for a service and does not receive that service by way of fault of the service provider who’s customer service is atrocious. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
