  • Crash

App will not open, always crashes
  • Unusable now

Crashing after recent update. I can’t access the app at all now. It crashes as soon as I open it.
  • App keeps crashing

It won’t even let me open the app anymore. Crashes immediately
  • App crashing

For over a month, every time I try to open the app it immediately crashes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling twice. When will this be fixed? I was a regular user before and I really miss using it for my ob gyn appts and comms.
  • Login screen first!!!

Every option when starting up the app requires that I login, so can you please just make it the landing page of the app. It’s so stupid and I’m tired of the extra click on “connect patient portal” to then see my appointments. This is a dumb UI choice.
  • Terrible for communication with care team

Frequently states “Problems with server, try later”. Difficult to consistently access messages and results of visits.
Also up to date with list of my “care team”
  • Non ADA compliant

After updating both the application and iOS, this application crashes when used with voiceover, Apple’s screen reading platform.
  • Could be better

Apple Watch and Fitness tracking portions do not work. Weill should embed the Apple Health service into the hospital system too.
  • zero stars

I dont see my previous review up here (it was not good.)
All these other bad reports: dozens of them show that Weil
    Cornell/ nyp does not care.
There are people who know how to design websites with the
users in mind. This is no longer an esoteric art.
Sometimes you have to hire the best, instead of just someone
who really really wants the job.

  • No longer opens

This app is unable to open after the latest update. It just auto quits without even presenting a login screen. It’s been this way for months.
