This app is worthless!
Very poorly designed app that keeps crashing for no apparent reason. Waste of time. I hope this app was not designed by the same people who designed the app that the doctors and nurses use. If such is the case, the health and safety of patients may be at risk.Surprised and disappointd
Poorly Designed App
The app is poorly designed and is not user-friendly. The check-in process is broken and results in a loop. I don’t know how anyone, let alone the elderly less tech-friendly, will be able to use it. The developers and Weill-Cornell need to take a long hard look in the mirror about this app. Might as well use a more established app like Zoom and request HIPAA sign-off via email.Show lessdisappointed heart patient

Waited a long time for the menu to show after I opened the app. Reloaded same thing, I finally was able to go through the registration process got kicked out again hope I can make my virtual visitJay 10710
Can not open this application.
My doctor set up a videoconference. Installing this app. was a problem. The IT rep. Said it might be internet connection, check internet... all connected, all other app. can be opened no problem. Deleted this one and installed it again 3 times. Still no success. Whom do I have to talk to? Please help.Show lessnickname who is nickname

This app is amazingly bad to be carrying the name of a major medical center. It repeatedly crashed while trying to connect with my healthcare provider. In the end I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. I’m being forced to use this app again but I have no expectation that I will be successful.Show lessdl1950

Some bugs I have found
I like this app, but it could be better. Here are some bugs I’ve found, hopefully it will help the IT dept.
1. When the app wants me to agree to something, there’s an annoying page that pops up and blocks the login page. I couldn’t login and couldn’t get the agreement page to go away. Endless loop until I deleted and downloaded the app again
2. Recently when I open the app, the option for fingerprint login and PIN login just disappeared. I have to download the app again.

The app crashed
This was a wonderful app until it went haywire the other day. I cannot logon to the app it keeps sending me to terms and conditions. When I accept it sends me right back to login and then right back to terms and conditions in one big loop that does not end. Please fix thisworst app 902
