Immediately crashes
App crashes immediately when attempt to open it. Been doing this since August 2022 and still in December 2022. Please fix. It used to be a nice app but inaccessible now.BayouChica

My doctor and the facility she works with uses this app to have me communicate with her, if I need a refill or even schedule an appointment. Calls to the secretary aren’t always return, so Weill Cornell Connect truly needs to be repaired. It’s a lifeline for many of the patients who are seen at any Weill Cornell facilities.Show lessmsmccullough16
Crashes on startup
Crashes on startup. I previously found the app useful but if I can’t start it at all, it is worse than useless — at some point I depended on it receive care.
I’ve tried rebooting my phone and updating. Nothing works so far.arrrrrrrrrrrrrrt
App won’t function
This app used to be very handy but now crashes immediately. Fortunately computer access to the patient portal still exists. FIX THE APP.ALKinNYC
App Crashes
App worked for a few months but now it simply crashes when you try to open it. This seems to be a recurring issue. Don’t bother trying to use this app. You’re better off simply bookmarking the Weill Connect web site and saving the bookmark on your phone than trying to rely on this app.Poolsidemenace

App has not been working
I loved the app when I first got it. Everything in one spot and super easy to use. Now i cant even open the app every time I try it crashes. I have even tried to delete and reinstall and no luck at all. I hope they fix this soon.Nikki9186

App crashes as soon as it opens, and is unusable.
Before that it was clunky and not super navigable, but okay enough to still be useful. Hope they fix this bug soon.Lauren275
