Useless app
I’m honestly incredibly surprised that such an great and reputable institution can’t afford to invest more into making a functional app. I haven’t been able to connect using the app for the past year. Now, after updating to the latest app, it just keeps quitting after I open it. Completely useless.NY413___
Doesn’t Open Anymore
The app crashes when trying to open, making it useless. This is the reason people are hesitant to update apps righ away. Previously: the app was not perfect (glitches here and there) but was pretty solid (able to book appointments, request refills, email your providers, and launch video for virtual appointments). Definitely functional. Please fix it.Show lessettie3
App Not working
Right this minute it’s not working, closes by itself every time I try to open it. When it’s working it’s slow and freezes. You can’t make certain doctor appointments using this app.NycBel
WCM App ‘fixed’ to collapse
After the developer fixed some innocuous, esoteric ‘problems’, when its icon is tapped the fixed app now opens its initial screen, but immediately closes. Repeatedly the developer treats its app’s users as the quality control staff, not as patients using the app for their medical purposes.AnonymousNYCLES

App won’t open- Crashing Repeatedly
This app worked fine for a long time. This week whenever I try to open the app it crashes immediately.
Now I have to use the mobile website which stinks.
