Generally a pretty good experience
The app is pretty slick and worked well for us. and I like the idea that you can hop off and then hop back on whenever you want.

Only thing I wish was that it showed you your location. The 2 fingers part was sticky. Kept freezing. But I just scroll down to the bus stop number and clicked on it to see address. Wish the bus stops had the same number on the sign as they do in the bus route picture. You were always having to look at streets to know where u were at on picture in app. But scanned our tickets and everything else.

Still had a good time
I like the idea of this TopView bus. The people were nice and drivers were good. However, for what you pay, our night bus left an hour late because they waited for it to fill up, and I wish it stopped at the One World Tower (911 Memorial), and our tour guide could have been more knowledgeable. Otherwise all was good.

The worst bus tour service, never take again

I deleted this app after three uses. The map was only useful for showing the route. Hard to figure out to see next bus. App would freeze. Map would not two-finger-move well. This is with an iPhone 14 Pro in March 2023.
Terrible
Don’t even think about it, they had people waiting hours to board on their buses. Very unorganized and unprofessional
Worse tour bus ever!
Hop-on hop-off would seem to indicate something faster than waiting in line 45 minutes to just get on the bottom level, which had sun shaded windows that did not allow a good view. Finally got on top when several people exited the bus. Received head phones that supposedly directed you to the various sites. However the recording did not match with the position of the bus causing confusion. Since the lines were so long, we opted to just ride the full circuit. The bus driver stopped at the last stop, and since we expected it to return to where we boarded the bus, we waited for the bus to resume. An employee came to the top and announced to everyone that we had to leave as the bus driver had departed for her break, and he had to clean. He pointed in some vague direction to the stop we expected to be returned to. We complained to the company, and they gave us two more tickets ….like we would ever ride that bus again!

This is was not the best tour.
When getting onto the boat cruise we were packed like sardines. They had two levels. The top viewing deck was only available to select individuals who purchased a 20$ ticket! Additional to the pass! Which is just crazy! We couldn’t get a decent view due to the overcrowding.
The customer service wasn’t the greatest either. There was a one crew member onboarding customers and he was shouting at a patron for walking with his young children. He went onto almost challenge the patron. As if the patron had tried to question his position. What a mess! The boat cruise was even so short. This is just a waste of money.
The night tour is just not worth it seriously.

Terrible Bus Service
We’ve been waiting over 30 minutes. 2 buses have been full with no room. Do not use this company!

Driver wouldn’t let a bunch of us on, left us standing here because the “bus was full”
We can see space open up top and my daughter looked inside to see plenty of empty seats inside. Apparently schedule is more important than customers
