DONT DO THAT

The worst service of all, do not buy this; Drivers and workers are not friendly and do not help the customer when in doubt. If you get off, you don't find a chair on another bus again, you must wait for 3, 4 or more buses to find available seats.
Because of the city's heavy traffic, moving between stations takes a long time.
I bought the ticket with the ferry to the statue of liberty and when I get to the place marked on the map they inform me that it is not there and nobody gives me information (I could not do it).
During the middle of the day, I decided not to use the bus service (which I only used once) and mobilized in the subway, so I lost my money and spent more. Instead of wasting money, plan previously the places you want to visit, locate nearby metro stations and get around, get cheaper and faster.
I like clarified that I bought it, because previously I used another company in Washington DC and the experience was totally contrary to it.

App is made by first grader. Service is garbage.

App is crude and useless. Service is terrible. Take this bus tour if you want to waste your time. They take too much time on every stop then they ask you to get off the bus.

This is not a city tour. It’s more like a “wait in the bus an get bored” tour.

Worst tour bus service

Very disappointed with their service. Buses don’t come as frequent, rude employees, bus is very disgusting, and they would not let us on without using the app even tho we had printed proof that we bought tickets. Would never use top view again.

It would be hard to imagine a worse service

a) staff is rude and not forthcoming

b) they do not honor the service you bought. got a 1 PM reservation for boat tour and was kicked off for walk up.

c) their maps must be printed on gold because they won't give them to you even if you purchase.

d) service is always packed and uncomfortable. expect to wait hours.

e) app is useless and hard to navigate

App not interactive

This app is no more useful than the paper map available on the bus. There is no live information and tours seem generally over sold with full buses and block lengthed lines to board. Would not recommend.
