  • Impossible to navigate.

They tell you that you can co tact your provider and send them
messages. There is absolutely NOWHERE TO DO THIS. I’ve also tried rescheduling my appointments and that is impossible to request also. They have a calendar where the day you can request a new schedule but when you click on it there are no appointments available at any time. Extremely frustrating!!!

  • Slow and glitchy

I have used this documentation system for a month and cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be in the middle of documentation only to have it become slow and unresponsive. It regularly happens in the afternoons and intermittently at other times during the day. I can write a paragraph and then I have to sit there and wait for the app to catch up. It may take ten or more seconds to load a single letter. It took fifteen minutes to load a five sentence paragraph the other day.

I have tried all of my devices: phone, tablet, and two laptops. I have also been on a variety of high speed wifi connections. It doesn’t matter.
The lag time and glitchy performance increases the documentation time 4 fold. It should never take an hour to write a SOAP note. The lag time significantly impacts clinician efficiency and is incredibly frustrating for me. If I was the practice owner, I would completely switch platforms based on my experience thus far, it has been that much of a headache. When it works, it’s great, but in my initial experience using this documentation system, it is unreliable and not worth it given the impact to my productivity and efficiency.

  • 👍 very comprehensive

After trying to design my own tracking system, I find that this one is a great option in that it allows me to record & track food consumption, water intake, BMs, physical activities, mood, sleep habits, & misc notes, which I will use to record IA (inflamatory arthritis) symptoms & overall well-being. Everything is all in one place 😊. I would like, however, to be able to access documents, such as the Flare Diet, IBD Food Pyramid, and other helpful info referred to in some of the LyfeMD webinars.

  • Very complicated

The app is very complicated with all the subcategories. It branches off into several areas and requires hours just to get the initial info entered into it. I
  • Changed my life

Thanks to Dr. Mario Padron my life has changed dramatically. I started using Adderall when I was in junior high through high school and at the beginning when I was in the military. I quit taking it because I was made by the military to stop due to my circumstances and the programs I was in.. I couldn’t focus. I procrastinated everything I did put off everything I couldn’t finish one task didn’t understand what I was reading my reading. Comprehension was horrible. My mind wondered. It was all over the place.. this clinic, and Dr. Mario have changed my life completely for the better like it used to be my focus is there. I do not procrastinate I can read and comprehend after one time reading I listen to people I take my time and my focus is great overwhelming, feeling back to myself.. thank you Mario and all the people at the Indianapolis ADHD clinic. again it’s been life-changing for me so much appreciated Jeff Monday

There isn’t a lot of food in the database. If you make a mistake when entering a new food, you can’t delete it so you have to enter it a second time. It would nice if you could see how many grams you have remaining, not just what you have consumed. Right now I have to calculate myself how much I have left. Also, many entries have set serving sizes, for example, if I enter steak the serving size is 3oz so if I have a steak that is 5.5oz I have to calculate what that is as a 3oz serving size. Don’t like the graph for the weight tracking. The line for primary metric for 60 days is too small, the lines with primary metric for 30 days has the dots too big, even the 7 and 14 day isn't easy to see the pattern. (The graph doesn’t need to start at 0) Prefer the graph on MFP. You can’t go back to your starting weight for some reason. If you go to 6 month or beyond, it just gives you the highest weight from what ever week 6 months ago was, you can’t see a specific week what weight you were in a particular day.

  • Could be so much better

Pros: food diary separates foods by meals/snacks, tracks all macros, can create recipes
Cons: database/search feature is seriously lacking (this is a big one), can’t copy and paste meals or set recurring meals, default is to enter meals based on time of day (eg if logging a breakfast in the evening, app will keep defaulting to add each ingredient as a dinner item).

  • Frustrating on the go

In my opinion an app should have the same features as the browser and be convenient. The app is missing features available on the browser. It is not possible to start a new chat with a new client in the app. There is no easy way to get to your calendar - you can see upcoming things but not what your past week appointments were. This defeats the purpose of an app at your finger tips anywhere you go.

  • Very slow to load

The app itself is fine but for some reason it sits at the splash screen for quite a long time
  • Very inaccurate

This is one of the worst food tracking apps that I’ve ever used. It doesn’t accurately record all of the nutritional information when using the bar code scanner feature, so I can’t trust it. A few examples include: Calcium not being recorded for cheese; Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Fibre not being recorded for flaxseed; Fibre not being recorded for granola. I could go on.
It works as a calorie tracker, but the rest of the nutrition data is unreliable.
