  • Comprehensive and limited at the same time

    Pros:
*Ability to enter in lots of details for food/water tracking, including photos
*Ability to chat with your professionals
    *Video call feature
*Flexibility to access account in the app or in a browser.

Cons: (Only one, but it’s a big one)
    * Entering food from the app’s database using the search function is not relevant or user-friendly. The serving-size drop-down menu offers limited choices of weights/volumes that rarely reflect the amount I actually consumed. Also, sometimes it only provides options in terms of weight, when measuring in volume makes much more sense. App would benefit from letting clients enter in the volume/weight themselves.

  • I I'm very happy with the

I'm very happy with the App, very easy to use, and it is very functional.
  • All in one

    Extremely satisfied with this app.
Combines about 3-4 apps I was using into one without compromising on some great features.
Very user friendly and gives you the option to be as detailed or vague as you’d like in the journal function. Easy to communicate with my practitioner as well.
  • Messaging? Help?

I couldn’t seem to locate where to compose or send a message. When I accessed help it was not very helpful as there was a lot for provider and not for the patient. When I tried the shortcut, there was only “request a session”. No journals, no compose message or anything else.

I am not without skill working in various apps so this was more annoying and time consuming than anything.

  • Need more serving size options

So far this is what I have been struggling with. I’ve used other apps who provide a bunch of serving size options but this one you have to manually calculate the serving size if the unit you want to use is not available on the drop down. Other than this no other complaints yet.
  • Better

    Confusing
  • Deeply mediocre

I'm working with a dietician who uses this app, and it is an easy way to communicate. Messaging, scheduling, and using the communication tools are straightforward and functional

However, the interface for journal entries is dreadul. It's time-consuming and frustrating to attempt daily journaling. Goal setting is a mystery. Entering individual foods feels backwards. The app says, for example, that a serving of a dried fruit is 50 g, and shows the nutrition information. But I can't just enter that I've eaten 30 g. Instead, I have to calculate that I have had 60% of a serving. Other fitness apps are able to handle this. Entering the total consumed would be so much quicker.

And for whatever reason, the app makers decided that a "glass of water" is 8.5 oz instead of 8 oz. More math to get my servings right. *eye roll*

  • IOS 14

Time function for food consumed entry no longer works after upgrade to IOS14. It depicts the time of the entry, not when the food was consumed.
  • Well designed app

Using this app with my nutritionist to log meals, fitness and weight. Love the flexibility of taking a photo, or entering meals free form. Works great on mobile and desktop and lets me send and receive documents, recipes, and chat with her. Really enjoying the experience.
  • Can’t wait to be done with this!

Who wants to track every bite, every pill!
Who has time for this better practice port hole! I just want to ask questions with my doctor, I get a automated reply.
Not sure if she’s even getting my texts.
