    This app almost makes it. Difficult for visually impaired people.
  • Scanning Food Barcodes

    App is unable to focus on food barcodes with iPhone 14/iOS 16.3. Works only on my non-updated iPad.

    This is such a helpful app for phone or computer. To have everything related to my nutritionist meetings at my finger tips. From prescription suggestions and timing each day if when to take things to even ordering more. To notes from the specialist to payment and billing info AND detailed notes about the protocol and diet to follow. Just love this!

  • Poor technical support

    My nutritionist asked me to download this app which I did. it asked me to provide my password and user ID which presumed that I had used it before. It also meant did I would have to reset my password. nine hours later and still no password reset link. Zendesk is providing the technical support here and it’s not the first time I’ve had experience with them. their support is substandard i’m asking my nutritionist to find another app to use

  • Best Scheduling App Ever

    I have been using Practice Better for 2 1/2 years and it has done exactly what they promised and much more. My patients love it too! Scheduling is easy. Supports multiple practitioners with separate schedules with ease. I previously used Mind Body and will never go back. Thank you for a superior product!

    Best health coaching and functional medicine software out there. Very user friendly and having the features of additional practitioners is great.
  • Clunky UI with lots of potential

    Sorry PracticeBetter but I’ve got some not so good feedback for you. I’ve never used such a clunky UI for a booking app software before, and I’ve used a bunch. In my experience, there should be an option on the web and app version to simply click a timeslot on the calendar and have an option to add an appointment instead of clicking through 5 menus and set options and parameters to set the correct day time and in the team menu, easily change calendars between team members with one or two clicks and a drop down, not needing to click through 3 completely different menus. The layout and workflow of the app is very clunky and not intuitive in that way. Even client profile menus and clicking into them is non intuitive and mostly the app really does seem like it had the programmer in mind, not the end user experience. Vagaro is $35 per month with way better support, and team functionality but with PracticeBetter, it costs me $200+ per month PLUS an additional cost per practitioner. This is crazy. Even the zapier functionality is clunky and often doesn’t work with my CRM ActiveCampaign. There are simply too many options on menus and too many options to click through in order to set a simple appointment. This would save tons of time for the client and practitioner if 90% of the menus were made simpler. We’ve had lots of issues with the online booking widget in which people are complaining that they get an error upon trying to schedule an appointment.

    Alternatively, note taking functionality is great and has made our lives easier in that way of using templates, as well as the ability to give clients individual feedback and self care help is a great plus.

    Lots of work to do PracticeBetter, I look forward to a more intuitive UI, and errors with Zapier and online booking to be cleaned up.

    Don’t bother with this app… fake therapy, fake agenda, only care about money… Some a hole tech monster ripping hard-working therapist off my co-opting are good names. True scum
