  • Needs more info on closed app orders

    There is no information on colletivos that have their in-app orders closed. Whats the point of the app if i cant order at the store or know if a store is accepting in app orders.
  • Can’t select local cafe

    App won’t show me or let me select my local cafe even though it is favorited. Entirely unusable and pointless. If they fix this its an easy 5 stars great app but its unusable as of now.
  • Unusable for me

    Will not let me select my local location even tho they offer pick up. This makes it completely unusable.
  • Can’t reload

    Keeps saying invalid data provided. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling.

    The people in the stores are not helpful
  • Wrong/incomplete orders

    I use this app almost every day to order for pickup. Increasingly when I arrive to pickup my order they tell me that they’re out of what I ordered. The app should track inventory so people can’t order things that are out of stock.
  • No Way to Add Gift Card as Payment

    I wish there was a way to add physical gift cards as a payment option to order ahead for pick up. Currently only offer a way to add digital gift cards. Please add this to an upcoming update.
  • Counterintuitive, designed specifically to charge you unintentionally

    This is a very confusing app design. For instance, your credit card information is in a separate tab from the settings indicate automatic reloading (the scan tab). It is as if they are trying to mislead you into unintentionally placing charges on the app. Very very poor design. Will not be going back to this place.

  • Wish I could further customize my drinks

    I wish I could add a shot of espresso to my drinks. Like I can’t order a red eye, or customize how much syrup or espresso is in a latte. Otherwise I love this app
  • App doesn’t work

    I’ve complained in person and over the phone. I’ve downloaded and reinstalled the app several times. Every time the app doesn’t allow me to pay by declining my card. I’ve checked and rechecked my card info and it shouldn’t be declined. Then, when I’ve called to place an order I’m told they can’t take my order over the phone. THEN FIX YOUR APP

  • Missing important espresso options (IBEW STRONG)

    There doesn’t seem to be a way to order a quad espresso (only 2 doubles, which wastes a cup and possibly costs more) There doesn’t seem to be a way to order iced espresso (iced americano isn’t it. I don’t want any more water than what is in the ice) IBEW STRONG
