App would be 5 stars if they didn’t force you to put a minimum of 10 dollars in your account when you just want to use pointsgggghhooo
App is functional but lacks regular improvements
I use this app on a regular basis. It definitely gives Colectivo a competitive advantage by enabling me to order ahead of time. I’ve knocked off stars because of ease of use and lack of improvements. Lack of improvements is simple - the app isn’t changed since I installed it 1.5 years ago. On ease of use - I order the same two drinks every time, yet I need to navigate through multiple screens to make simple selections. A. There needs to be a “favorite” drink, or “last order” option. I’d probably add that scone I ordered last time if it meant I could place a two drink order, that currently takes 30 clicks to enter, with one click. B. I’d like to see the customizations list reordered with most popular selections first. The milk selection shouldn’t be at the bottom, I know that at least 50% of the orders take something other than the default whole milk. C. During the holidays or other times, the Retail menu has been modified so much that I couldn’t even find my basic every day grounds. Forces you to leave deposits
All things considered the app functions quite well. However when paying for things on the app you must deposit cash in 10, 15, 25 etc dollar increments instead of paying for one purchase at a time. If you could enter an exact amount you want to deposit that would solve the problem, but you can’t. Very annoying business practice to make you “over deposit” for your order so they have a float.Show lessBrian Esch
Cannot just pay for what you buy
Awful system where you have to preload a card with an arbitrary whole dollar amount and then pay from there. So, you literally cannot just pay for what you actually get, and then they just keep the difference on this card. Will be going to Starbucks, Stone Creek, or Anodyne until they fix that.daveyjones1
Double charges your card
If you don’t have enough money in your card, you have to reload the card before placing the order. Then after the order goes through, the balance on your card drops below $10 and it charges your credit card another $25. So a $20 order becomes $45. Why can’t the app figure out how to only pull the actual amount it needs?Show lessaherstein
Have points but still have to load my card
I wanted to use my points to buy a coffee but my cash balance was lower than the total of the coffee and the app made me reload the card. If I have points to use why do I have to reload the card??horus.grant
Waste of time
Just downloaded this app and I already see that there is an issue with trying to find a location. It’s stuck on one location near me but I want to preorder at a location closer to my job site. Glad I hadn’t loaded money yet.kwa_92
Needs more work
The recent updates were good but the app still needs some work. If you try to use points the app forces you to load the total amount as if you were paying cash for the entire order.Ari_J08
Great idea, doesn’t work for even the basic functions
I really wanted this to work, but the only thing it did was let me sign up. After the information capture, nothing worked: couldn’t select an item to order, couldn’t change my store from Milwaukee, couldn’t even clear a dummy item from my cart. Worked great, now having issues
The ability to change the size of your drink is no longer functioning. Instead of seeing options for small/medium/large you only see the word “label”. If you try to select “label” and move on with your order it gives you the error “unable to parse key value to model”. This prevents the user from completing an order entirely. I’m using the most recent version of the app.
