Needs a LOT of work
First, I’m thrilled that you finally have an App to track rewards and order!!! However, the App is a little clunky to navigate.
Most of the time when I go to Place an Order the App does not seem to know where I am and shows me one cafe far away. Need to fix this as you’re losing orders!
I also cannot Save my favorite drinks which requires a lot of manual customization every time that I want to order. Finally and perhaps MOST important to me, you cannot request whipped cream on a drink in the App!!! Every time I get to the store to pick up my drink I have to ask for it to be added which wastes a lid, my time and the staff’s time. Please add Whipped Cream! LOLShow lessTimmay01
Convenient but a pain to set up
Compared with another local roaster’s app this one is awkward and user unfriendly to set up. I would also prefer to pay as I go rather than be forced to load an amount in advance. I’m sure it saves the. Money on card fees but it isn’t a great deal for the user.JinMKE
Forced minimum
Super shady to force a minimum amount to load in the middle of a pandemic where people have lost their jobs. And this used to be one of the only ways to order. Gross. Not using it, not going back to Colectivo. Stone Creek’s app lets you pay from your card. I’ll be patronizing them only. Glad they offer food now. ByeeeeeShow lesshoffm18181818
Slowly Improving
The App is okay my biggest issue is, it freezes when I arrive to pick up my order. Therefore, I have to call and let them know I’m outside or park and walk around for pick up. Not a big deal just a slight inconvenience. Honestly, I love Collectivo so much I just deal with it - I am confident they will fix this glitch and they are just adjusting to the new way of doing business.Show lessHeather2485
No pricing
The app is adapting to the current pre ordering system so I get there will be glitches but what would make this work, putting pricing anywhere before having to checkout. How much do I need to add to my card? Who knows until you add money to the card and then check out. You don’t even see the price of the item in the description or once you’ve added the item to your cart. I’d rather know the cost under the name of the item on the selection page rather than the total calories which if I really cared about calories, I could find out in the description. Luckily Colectivo is amazing so putting a random amount on my card isn’t that big of a deal for me but it would be nice to know how much things cost before ordering.Show lessReseling
Tip options
Haven’t used the app enough to rate accurately on overall experience, but one change I’d possibly suggest is offering $1 as an option for tip on small orders like a single cold brew. I always drop a dollar in the jar, but during the pandemic, I’m trying to go cashless. Maxing out at 25% tip impacts the workers’ wages. Please offer a custom tip or $1 tip button on user side so we can better support your baristas! Thanks!Show lessbbshanisvb
Needs work
I HATE that I can only see prices after adding enough funds to cover my order. Just show me the prices. Feels like a poor marketing tactic to get customers to keep more money than they need it the app. Why not just rely on quality product and service to maintain loyal costumers?
As of yesterday, the app no longer pulls up any Milwaukee locations. So... I can’t order or even see product. I would really like to place a curbside pick up order and help, but because the app is the only way to do this, I guess I unfortunately cannot.Show lessmilwaukee coffee lover
Bad app
I really can’t see pricing until loading cash into the app??? I built an order but had no idea how much anything cost, all I could see was that I didn’t have enough money loaded to purchase it. And then I couldn’t use Apple Pay to load. I had to give them card number and billing address. No thanks.bandrew81
Good in theory but poorly executed
Getting rewarded for my regular spending at Colectivo sounded amazing! No longer do I need to go to Starbucks or Dunkin’ to get points for free coffee and food, but now I could do all that at a cafe I love. I loaded up my digital card and ordered in store. After the transaction, I looked at my points and was disappointed. One of the big draws of this cafe is that the food is amazing; however, you basically only get points for some beverages. No food. No retail goods. Not even bakery items... the loyalty program also isn’t upfront about how many points are in a dollar. The interface is polished and friendly, but the substance for the app and it’s loyalty program just aren’t there.Show lessPikaboopikachu

I’ve been trying to sign up for a new account but the PIN is not being sent to my email.
