Pleasantly surprised
Wife bought the camera from Kmart as a cheap way for us to initially keep an eye on our dogs while we’re away. Didn’t expect much from the app or the camera but it works a treat. We recently moved it out front as kids have been throwing rocks at our house and it’s awesome! Picks up all motion and alerts us and has good video quality. App can be a little slow loading but for the price and for a free app, we’re both very happy and will probably get more soon.Show lessja.cks.on
Great devices
I got 3 devices(camera and 2 smart plugs) 2 years ago and I’m still using them. I don’t know the other products so I cannot compare with it but Mirabella Genio products and the apps are easy to use and I don’t have any issues at all. If I need to pick up a problem, I would say I cannot find the same products in Woolie, Coles or K-mart anymore(I think it used to be there around 2020). This is kinda problem cuz I wanted to get more but I don’t want to spend much time to find the products. Overall, very satisfiedShow lessrvtmt
LED Bar Lights
I love my led bar lights but there is one inconvenience, and thats the music mode/ option because when i go to use the music mode i have to have my phone still turned on for it to work and i cant use bluetooth devises with it. So i went to the F&Q and went to the ‘Music comes out of the phone instead of the Bluetooth when i turn the app on’ and it told
Me to upgrade the app and i went to the app store to see if it would update and it said latest update was 1yr ago. and i was wondering if there is any other way for me to use Bluetooth devises with the app?

Do not recommend
The worst thing i’ve ever downloaded. it’s so bad i do not recommend buying it or anything involved using this. i had to log in and when i try to connect my device it never worked even when i followed the instructions. i am not dissing this product in any way i am simply informing people about the issues of the product. This device is very bad and it’s very hard to connect, you have to sign up which in my opinion is very stupid considering all your trying to do is just connect your item. I was trying to connect it and it didn’t work at all it just kept flashing, which is very bad for people with epilepsy which could lead to bad outcomes for them. I would recommend putting a warning on the app that states that there is going to be flashing lights. It really hurts peoples eyes. Sign up necessary to use LED lights???
Why am I required to register just to use an app to control LED lights??? Customer data collection obviously... i should be able to use the app without registering for an account.Druzzrin
Pretty good 😏 BuT……..
I got a Genio light projector for Xmas last year (2021) and at first I loved it but……..
In the app you can create your own scenes name them , put a picture on them and more.
The problem here is which really isn’t a problem anyways but if u don’t wanna get outta bed and grab your controlling device/phone and change it to one of your scenes you have mad in the app, when you save a scene it should automatically come on for example :
When you press the side button of the projector it should come up with your saved scenes instead of what the app has put.

The app should also allow you to have the colour black.
I really want black bc it would be really cool. My friebd got one for her birthday and she wanted to have black but she couldn’t bc it DOESN’T HAVE BLACK!!!!
You can create white but it doesn’t work very well.
It doesn’t show up in the best way.
I fo like this app but sometimes the projector itself is just better.
I hope the creators of this app and the projector sees this because my friend agrees with me and I’m sure others do to.

Handy and simple
This is a reasonably affordable system to smart light up your home. I like the ability to schedule, dim and also choose colour tones. I find the ability to adjust the brightness really handy when on video calls as my natural desk lighting changes right throughout the day and night. Supplementing this with subtle or strong fill light is great.
Would like to suggest a little more flexibility for editing the scheduling automation functions. You kind of have to start again if you change your mind about a particular light’s timing etc. Apart from that, I use this system daily and it works great for me!Show lessPointsKing
Used to be 5 star
Edit 14 dec 21. With the ios 15 update the cameras no longer work on landscape. Its ok with the phone but bad on the ipads. The technical dept still does not know how to fix it. I don't have problems with other brand camera only the genio. Ill bring back to 5 star when it get fixed. Considering i have 12 genio cameras altogether i want this fixed asap. Thanks.
Love it. The bulbs are affordable and easy to install. I can’t believe I got Phillips hue and missed this product. Got the bulbs, down lights which is 3 times less in value compared to the hue and it fits on our existing down lights. Didn’t need an electrician to install whew thank goodness. It didn’t need a bridge as the hue. Connects on its own individual items. Really easy to set up. Now I can tell google to turn all the lights off at once. Does anyone want to buy my hues? App crashing
I have had my light for over a year now and it has been great, but lately any time i go into the app to change the colour or turn it off/on it always says my device is offline even when my light is on right in front of me, and i check im connected to the wifi,that im on the proper device, that the switch on the wall is on. Nothing works and then i have to go and reset the light completely by flicking it until it’s flashing which takes ages and isn’t convenient when i’ve just woken up or trying to sleep, i brought these lights because my bedroom switch is far from where my bed is and i have back problems but having to get up over and over because of the app is making things overly difficult it’s very poorShow lessc.hels
