Not enough functionality for homeowners
2) The homeowner should not have to justify why they decline or cancel a visit. We’re adults and quite frankly it’s no one’s business.
3) The homeowner should be able to give feedback for the visit as well. For instance, if someone leaves cigarette buds in front of your house, you should be able to inform the visiting realtor you do not appreciate it.
4) The homeowner should be able to see the name of realtors who book and leave feedbacks. There is no need for secrecy; after all, they are walking around in your house.
5) The homeowner should be able to adjust the maximum length of time for visits for instance, max of 30, 45 or 60 mins. This is especially useful during covid-19 restrictions in the middle of winter when there is nowhere to go but sit in your car with two dogs and a cat.

Hi, We are tracking the idea for more setting controls for owners and the ability to rate the agents who visit your home. We will keep you informed on our progress. In the meantime, you can provide a list of times that you know will not work for your agent. They can configure your listing for optimal showing times. Read more here: https://tinyurl.com/yd9wmdlz. Your agent can also add custom instructions and maximum appointment lengths. By working with your agent to configure things, they can provide insight on additional ways to help out. Your listing agent has settings on their side, to automatically share the agent information. https://tinyurl.com/uubuhuq Please let us know if you have any questions. Easy & Convenient
So easy!
It makes it easy to keep track! Sold my house at full list, two days after we listed it in the MLS, and having this app made it so easy for both my realtor and I!
This was great!!

Thank you for the feedback! We are glad to be of service.
Silly

Hi, We are sorry for the frustration. Your agent can change the feedback questions (https://tinyurl.com/y6xdzv9b) and can enable you to see the buyer's agent details (https://tinyurl.com/yyfkhc9e). We recommend contacting them for assistance. We are tracking the ability of the owner to adjust times and add information. In the meantime, your agent is able to make these updates. Still needs the help of a trained UX designer
Functionally, this app can deliver the information that a homeowner needs to know, however you have to fight it all the way. It constantly times out, forcing you to login most times you use it. The responsiveness of the UI is poor, it’s laggy and uses non standard gestures. It has font sizing that is harder to read than it should be, all things that are entirely avoidable.
Just needs to be more user friendly
1) enable realty password integration so I can just use the password saved for the website in my keychain. Almost every other app I use does this, it can’t be that hard to enable
2) make it so I don’t have to re log in every time I open the app. This isn’t like a banking app or something, just save an account token in the app and log me back in
3) move the bottom three controls up on iOS devices without Touch ID. They overlap the swipe bar and it’s super annoying.
The only functional improvement I have is allow me to block times from being booked as showings without having to contact my real estate agent.
Do those 4 things and you have a five star app.
Buggy, Very Frustrating
This thing will log you out constantly. Multiple times per day. Just about every time I need to check something on the app (new feedback, new showing scheduled, etc) I have to log back in.
Probably even more frustrating is that nothing is chronological within the app. Received a new notification for a scheduled showing? It’s listed at the top of your schedule, even if it’s not next chronologically. I’ve raced to get things together, just to find out that a scheduled showing is not even on the same day.
Received new feedback? If it was from a showing a week ago, it’ll be buried in a long list of feedback, not at the top where you would expect.
App needs a lot of work. I see that the devs tend to respond to negative reviews, but my complaints echo others. So it seems like they haven’t worked it out.
I’m sure it’s better than what’s been used in the past, it’s just not as good as it could be. I hope our home sells soon so that I can delete this app and stop having to log in.

Hi, We are sorry for the frustration. We've identified the cause of the issue that logs users out. The fix will be pushed to the app store very soon. You can sync appointments to your calendar in the My Home App or from the desktop. https://tinyurl.com/v9plmse. While optional, feedback can be entered by the agent a few days after a showing. Your listing agent may be able to assist with new ways to get additional feedback. Please let us know if you have any questions.
