  • Useless app

    The app asks me to align the strip with the white frame and that a picture. And then nothing happens. Then I try to take the picture again, and it says that I should not be testing too often.
    But I just want my strip to be read and evaluated. Yet the app fails to do it. It doesn’t do anything when it seems to be sending the picture somewhere and always takes me back to the initial screen where I should pick testing or ordering strips. USELESS!!!!!

  • Awesome app, great technology and idea

    For transparency, I’m one of the original crowdfunding investors. The investment happened a while ago, but - shamefully - I just now used the app and the strips. Awesome product, technology, and idea. This is exactly what the world of healthcare in U.S. needs. I will continue to support you as you work to perfect your technology and improve the app. So far very content with how both are working!

  • Disappointing

    I bought this test to monitor my ketones level... I did it day 1, fine...the day after I try to do it again to see if I was getting into a state of ketosis and the app didn’t allow me to do the test...I kept having the message : don’t do it too often / you can do it once a day. But I was doing it once a day!!
    As a result I wasted a strip which at this price is a shame and I can’t even track my ketones...useless.

    Thank you for your feedback. We had a 24-hour restriction to take a new test before. We listened to our users' feedback. And, our IT department improved our test cycle accordingly.   • Problems addressed quickly and effectively

    Had a problem with the test strips but it was resolved quickly with great customer service. Highly recommend.

  • Why in the world only one per day?

    You sell strips. You make money selling strips. If I want to 10 tests a day, why are you stopping me? There needs to be an override to take another test. What if you want to share with a friend but they don’t want the app? What are if you’re curious to compare night time to daytime the same day? What if it says you’re dehydrated and you want to check later to see if you’re hydrated?

    Hi Maxime, the feedback of our users is very important to us to improve our services. Your feedback has been noted. We have placed a 24 hour restriction because Vivoo is a monitoring tool. If someone takes several tests in one day, our system can’t understand the improvements, and as such it won't be able to provide the correct advice. Glad to be part of your wellness journey.🌟
  • Convenient and fast

    App makes it easy to monitor overall wellness with some high level health indicators using your urine. Takes only a few minutes to receive interpreted data and diet tips to improve. Great tool to include as part of your regular wellness routine!

  • No real value

    The only real value this app might have had is to help you track your results over time to see what meals or environment, etc. impact you. However after almost 2 months the app crashed and lost all of my data and I had to re-register as a new client. Have reached out to Vivoo and they’ve never responded. Also, they hold your credit card data even when you tell them you tell them you do not consent, and there is no way to delete it in your account. Quite disappointed given the cost of these strips.

    I really like this app and the idea behind it. I did have some technical issues and was taken care of right away and sent out new product. The customer service was great and my app was fixed. It is a great way to look at some overall health that you wouldn’t see before this.

  • Stop updating

    I like this app but every time I go into it it’s like I never opened it. It starts showing me how to use the app and considering when you want to use it is when you are about to pee you really don’t want to have to sign in or go through what’s what in an app I’ve used for 4 months. I had to sign on today and I lost all my data from the last 3 months so I’m not happy about that.

  • Acurate?

    Currently experiencing a painful UTI so out of interest did a test... got no risk for UTI. The pain begs to differ.
