The software side of Nissan is so bad I’m on the brink of returning my vehicle
I absolutely love the Nissan Leaf, but these apps are so buggy and I’ve lost so much time trying to get them to work, the sad thing is the Nissan connect was a major draw for getting A higher trim. Please invest some money into these apps!!! I almost can’t even recommend Nissan to friends because of how bad the entire software side of Nissan is (website, apps, etc)Show lessAgr3.14
Some good features some wish they had
The recall feature is nice and keeping up with vehicle maintenance is nice but I wish I could set a reminder for every 3-5K miles for an oil change on here. I bought vehicle used and has old settings on it and can’t figure out how to change anythingDan H new guy

this application is so great. i love the nissan community. things are done different here. the society has quality over quantity that cannot be matched anywhere else. as a nissan ambassador i am satisfied with the business done with mr makoto.xotahj
Not All Menu Selections Work
Overall, this is an okay app with some bugs still to work out. When I select PROFILE from the menu it simply shows me an error that says unable to retrieve information. Even though I’m logged in, correct vehicle is in the garage and all vehicle information is up to date, I can change or even see any of my profile info. Frustrating!Show lesstc2t2
Great Nissan App
If you’re a car guy and even if you’re not one great app to have if you own a new or used Nissan product create information I use it as a back up tool when I need to find out something no need to go on the net no need to call anybody just get on the app and you can get most of the information that you need on your productShow lessCubanbiker
Can’t get it to work at all
Tried registering my newly purchased Nissan. Entered all the info and said verifying ownership. Kept checking over and over. Finally called and they said the service had been in someone else’s name and they had just revoked the membership. So I am driving a car around and someone else has the ability to track me and my family? But I go and try to register again. Well now it won’t allow me because it says the vin is already connected to my email. But it doesn’t show up in the app. So now I am at a complete standstill. I guess I will call and register by phone like it’s 1995. What’s the point of an app if you have to call multiple times to get it working? I probably won’t pay for any additional features because I don’t believe they can be relied upon.Show lessShootrrr McGee
Cannot see anything related to my car
I created my account on this app when I bought my car. The app tells me, however, I don’t have any cars added to my account. I enter my VIN, and the app tells me my car is already mapped to me. I try to access the manual, and it tells me again that I have no cars. I re-enter the VIN, and am again told I have already added the car. Absurd. I click my profile, and it gives me an error message…so I give up.Show lessMissNaples
App doesn’t work
The app just doesn’t work. It’s always been glitchy with not keeping vehicle data updated and recognized. Now, it won’t let users get past the login screen. Asks if you want to use saved login info, press continue then it says it’s logging you in but nothing changes…you still sit on the Login or a register page. Limited functionality
I downloaded it for 2021 Kicks SR.
There is no internet connection from the app to the car.
I can use my phone to find the nearest dealer or roadside assistance. I dont need this app for that.
What i was hoping was to have remote status function like fuel level or lock/unlock or closing windows or checking the location of the car.Show lessDoesn't work on iPhone 4.
