This app is horrible. Coupon system and ordering UX is totally broken.
First off why discard cart contents when choosing different locations?
Second, the coupon system is totally broken. If you redeem a coupon and don’t complete your order it expires the coupon and reactivates it at an undetermined time.

SUPER FRUSTRATED
I received the ad and it looked interesting plus the food looks scrumptious. It was not easy to download and navigate plus it took me 20 minutes to place my order only to be told they couldn’t fulfill my order today. I was starving by the time I was told to place my order at another time. Surely the store on Lexington Avenue doesn’t close at 8 o’clock on Friday night….That’s ridiculous! Doesn’t respect privacy
I uninstalled it before because it would not let me get in without allowing it to track me. This time I re-download it and it would not allow me to get to it without accepting notifications. Honestly, not good enough to have to give up on privacy just to get their food on their app. Thank you but no, thank youJoel Ed

Re-downloaded the app just to find out that in order for me to use it I have to turn on notifications. There’s no option to bypass it…a little too intrusive.

Not impressed
The first time you install the app, you are supposed to receive $10 off. However, once you select ‘redeem’, there is a 15 minute timer until it expires. This isn’t stated anywhere before clicking that option, so they refused the $10 off, although it expired while I was sitting in the line.raye cluse

Still room for improvements. With self pickup, I’m asked for my email confirm rather than through the app. FAQ stated the rewards do expire but no expiration date can be found. So will I open the app and just find my points missing one day? A gimmick of sorts? Editing my order wasn’t user friendly, I often have to toggle a bit.Expensive add-on
