App doesn’t work
I live in Chicago and there’s a pollo compero right down the street from me but the app won’t allow me to order from that store. The store doesn’t even exist on the app map.jholfa
Doesn’t work even when store employees try to fix it
When I tried to use the app on Friday it didn’t work and kept saying I needed to make more than $0.51 in purchases when I’d made $8.22 in purchases.
An employee said they’d called someone and to try again afternoon an hour or so, but I still had the same issue when I tried later that day.Zilmacaronigirl
Excited then disappointed.
Only recently learned of this amazing restaurant. I was excited to see they have an app! Then so disappointed when my local store (1414 nw 23rd St. Oklahoma City, ok 73106) was not on the list of locations. :-( please fix it!!MrcMan
No good in New York
There’s a Pollo Campero about 10-15 mins from my home but this app doesn’t support it. Confused.AO Bkr
