I love the food here. Not all of the locations have great customer service though 🤷🏽♂️APP DEVs need to add Jamaica to the drink option as well. Other than that I give it 4/5Azilliondollas

Hidden $2.99 service fee when using app
They offer a free meal (with drink purchase) for downloading the app and then immediately make most of the money back with a hidden fee that you don’t see unless you click on “taxes and fees” at checkout.Liuxx330

use this app to get to pick up it says that the order will be there at a certain time and when I get to pick it up I have to wait up to 30 minutes in it when I have already ordered in the app it does not make sense if it is the same to go to the store for that the same time wait

Says I’m offline
I just enter in my info and about 3 or 4 times I’ve tried to get past that and it just says I’m offline and to retry. But I’m not offline. All other apps work fine. I tried disconnecting from WiFi and using cellular data but still no. So I can’t use the app bc it just keeps saying I’m offline. Been this way for a month or two or more.ra18976
