Such a great idea for coffee lovers!
I use this app frequently after my local coffee shop had told me about it and have never stopped using it. It has great options for people who want to order ahead or ASAP. I love the fact there is other options on how to pick up your coffee and was to tip the baristas whether it bet a set rate or your own custom tip. I enjoy the fact that you can also upload X amount dollars at a time. Also, after you have received your order you can leave the baristas or coffee shop notes and rating on your experience which I think is super resourceful! However my few complaints I have with the app I feel are rather trivial. The lowest set amount of money you can upload on the app is 25 which to me is a tad bit high, maybe 10 or 20? And you can’t use your remaining balance (if you have leftover balance) cannot be combined with another form of payment or debited from your total. It’s weird to have excess 3 or so dollars just there. Also there isn’t that many deals/ coupons as I feel like it boasts but majority of them are a waste or don’t have much of a discount. All-in-all I still love this app and love that my baristas are just a tap away. Keep up the hard work! ❤️☕️☕️❤️Show lessXcfreak26

I didn’t think I’d ever be an “app” person for stores, restaurants and coffee places I’d visit but this app has changed my perspective. I go out for coffee every day and have fallen for this app. I love how it pulls up all my surrounding coffee spots, that I can look at the menu and get the custom stuff in writing - and it’s so fast. I jumped a huge line that was forming by ordering my drink before I pulled up and walked right in. Everyone’s doing a good job making the shops super knowledgeable about how the app works and that’s been very helpful for a “non-techy” like me.Show lessDeeReeeeeeessees
Great app!
I use the Joe app to get coffee from my favorite local independent coffee shop, which is NOT on the way to work and typically has a long drive through line. The app allows me to swing WAY out of my way, while I’m en route (I have perfected the timing of when to submit the order), breeze in the door, grab my coffee and get back on the road. Consequently, I’m spending more on coffee, but supporting my fave local business in the process! There is a pretty big price difference between using the app & ordering direct, but it’s worth the time I save. I hope the shop is getting a good cut from the proceeds.Show lessRachelBachelB

I love everything about this app - ease of use, elegant interface, ability for the vendor to make customizing your order easy. I keep the app pre-loaded with $ so I can earn rewards and I have earned rewards several times! It’s also easy to reload, rate the vendor, indicate you’ve arrived for curbside pickup, etc. I hope more independent coffee establishments start using it. Lifesaver for this mom!
It is an absolute blessing my local coffee shop is on this app! Makes it so easy to place my order when I’m leaving the house and pick up when I lo out and about. Great during Covid
This is a great app, especially during Covid. I place my coffee order while I’m walking to the shop, and by the time I get there my coffee is ready. I don’t have to wait in line or exchange money with the cashier. The only improvement that could be made would be allowing customers to reload any amount onto their card, instead of the set

I love where I live because it’s a diverse and rapidly connecting community and it is becoming my home! joe makes it easy to stay using your local coffee shops because the app makes it convenient for those mornings you’re running behind or if you really want your coffee pickup scheduled. I can order on the app and waste no time waiting! great use in keeping the community connected and sharing many varieties of classics and each shop usually expressing their creative freedom in coffee making with a handful of house drinks! at least from this perspective i’m still sipping a cup from home :)Show lesspajgleesun
Great for Pandemic and Post-Pandemic use
This app made it so much easier to grab a cup of coffee during the pandemic. With shops needing to limit their occupancy, I was able to order ahead essentially skipping the line outside. Plus there’s a rewards system that is actually extremely useful. Every so often I get a free coffee and don’t need to worry about a physical punch card. Great solution for local shops!
I worked at one of the corporate coffee shops for over a decade but always loved supporting local shops. I fell in love with a new shop around the time I finally left there—THEN they started using Joe. It made it so convenient to order and pay ahead, plus I still earn reward drinks and can find local shops no matter where I go. I get notifications about double points days and other special offers, so I can choose my splurge days wisely. This app seems great to help local shops keep up with the reward and order ahead features of the big chain apps. Fast, Fun and Friendly
I started using this app when my local coffee shop advertised they were using it a few months ago. You can load money on your account, place your order and pick up your coffee with ease! This app saves your previous orders making it even easier to use. This app also has a point system to earn free drinks by collecting “Beans” with each purchase. The only issue I’ve come across while using the app is that on a couple occasions it has not “connected” with my coffee shops and because of that I was not able to place my order through the app. All in all, this is an easy to use well laid out app that rewards with what else, but free coffee!!Show lessAlisaR1969
