Buyer beware of adding funds to your Joe balance
I fell for the prompt to add funds to my Joe account balance so I could get a free coffee. Little did I know that they require you to either order something exactly at or under your remaining account balance to use the rest of your “joe funds.” Had I known that, it would not have been worth the “free” coffee. You cannot combine payment methods to use the rest of your balance nor can you add more funds to your balance in increments of less than $25. I find that to be really shady app developing that sets the customer up to waste money. This is 2020, I refuse to believe it’s that difficult for them to allow more user friendly fund adding features.Show lessJennac22
Safely supporting small businesses - love it!
I started using joe during the COVID pandemic because I was looking for safe ways to support my town’s small business. I LOVE it! I can order my favorite drink at our local coffee shop and pay with my phone, then it’s ready when I get there! Completely contact free. As a daily coffee drinker, I’ll definitely be using this app even after public health and safety gets back to normal.Show lesscclark10
Love the updates
This app is great. I’ve been using it for a few months now. Allows me to get the coffee I love without waiting and the curbside pick up is amazing especially with covid-19.
The company seems pretty cool too. Our baristas told us the waived fees to help out all coffee shops stay open and seems like they are here to truly help rather than profit like grub hub.

Love using this app! Super easy to use and I’m glad it allows me to support local and small businesses. Not a huge fan of Starbucks so I’ve always opted to go to a local coffee shop instead. Once my shop told me about the joe coffee app and how I could mobile order ahead and cut back on wait times, I jumped on that download! Wasn’t sure how it would work but it’s very user friendly and I can even customize my drink or leave a note for the barista. Definitely recommend to all!Show lessBoomTown05

I was SO impressed with their customer service. When I had an issue they responded quickly and even gave me an extra little gift for being a loyal customer. Companies like this, stand out in a world full of cold corporations. They are warm and friendly, just like a great cup of joe. Best App I Use During My Day
After starting a new job, I found myself drinking more and more coffee to get through the day. However, sitting in line at a coffee shop takes time away from doing my job or makes it difficult to get to work on time. This app has been a huge TIME SAVER! Using this app has dramatically reduced the amount of time I spend waiting for my drinks, allowing me to get to work on time and spend more time focused on my life rather than the line I would have to wait in. Incredibly user friendly
After seeing the app show up in multiple coffee shops around my neighborhood I decided to download it and give it try. I was extremely happy with the user interface and felt that it catered to my every need when ordering my drink.
It was very helpful with allowing me options to choose what I wanted specifically in my drink and the one tap reorder system was GREAT! The progress meter was also something I was so happy to see to and where my drink was in the process.

Coming from a smaller town, waiting in a large line at any of the 3 coffee shops in town is inevitable. When I go visit Seattle I would expect that wait to be even worse, but not with Joe! I wish we had Joe at home. You literally just use the app to order ahead and when you get to the coffee shop of your choice, your coffee is there and ready every time!! This app never disappoints!
