  • My Access app malfunction, customer service inadequate

    When attempting to enter My Access app, login buffers once then does nothing. Login information is correct. I have done all the standard self-help procedures including delete and reinstall. This has been a consistent problem for several months. I am using iPhone 13 Pro and iPadOS 17.5.1. When I called Forward Health for assistance the operator said he had no way to help, that assistance with passwords was all they do. He suggested the problem was likely the connection or an old device. I could hear him flipping sheets of paper to look for answers so asked if there was a supervisor or someone who might have more answers. He said no, not for a problem like this. Frankly, that is just lame. The app was apparently updated just a month ago. In the meantime I am having to do my annual review for Food Share without the app tools that are normally so great! In sum, the app doesn’t begin to work at all and customer service is inadequate!

  • Good but…

    I overall love this app as I do find it helpful. My only complaint is lately when I try logging in it stays at the log in. It will say I am logged in but I am unable to view my benefits. I try swiping to the menu and clicking on it but it won’t work. It won’t show my forward health card or anything.

    Please fix this! I really liked this app and found it very helpful.

  • I used to really like this app til it stopped working

    I used to find this app very useful and helpful-until it stopped working. I had to create a whole new account as instructed by a customer service representative and it still doesn’t work. I’m not willing to be on the phone in the queue for the amount of time it usually takes to reach a tech person for help that turns out to fail at fixing the problem anyway either anymore. That’s why I only gave it one star.

  • People care

    It’s hard to find customer service or people that care, and this app really helps solve both of those problems. If you can’t figure out the app, you can just call the number and the people are as nice as can be, and that’s unusual in this day and age.
  • Great app but…

    Great app. When I first downloaded it I could access my stuff and upload documents. But it will not let me past the log in screen anymore. I have redownloaded it a couple times and it still doesn’t work anymore. Of that can get fixed I would give it 5 stars!
  • It’s Like A Polaroid Picture

    I would’ve given this app 5 stars if it wasn’t for the screen going dark every time I select photos to upload. I’ll get an “Oops…” error message. Other than that it’s a convenient way to submit my documents.
  • Urgent doctors appointment today

    I’ve been have major issues with my hands since 2020- still. Have to hold the camera steady is very difficult for me. It took me a while to figure out. I had to first figure out how to download Adobe.
    Now that I know how to get into MyACCESS and how it works. It will make it much easier to keep up with any information.
    Do to my hands and back issues. I lost my benefit food share even after calling and making calls to state and federal agencies

    Why won’t my app open for me? I know my information is correct because I can log into the website itself. Right now they’re pushing for me to get a life alert and I don’t want that. even tried taking the app off and putting it back nothing please fix that I’m going crazy
  • Was great! Now won’t open

    Ive used this app easily for several years. Now it won’t show my benefits. It doesn’t acknowledge that I’m logged in. I’ve changed the password numerous times now realizing i was already logged in. Please fix it!
