It keeps saying it needs to update and takes me back to the app update screen, but there’s no update. — the issue was fixed in under 24 hours.Realnaturalgurl
Update issue
Upon start up, app requires an update, but update never happens. Loads app store link to app but only gives option to start app. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times.
Hopefully gets ironed out soon, my case has been in pending status for a while now.

Stopped working completely
It won’t let me log in at all.
Keeps telling me to update to the newest version which it is already! So I delete, reload it and still telling me to update it. I tired to restart my phone and still nothing. Was a great and fast app but certainly not anymore.v621g
App crash
Unfortunately there’s no other way for me to report this, but the app will not let me log in. Requests that I download a newer and updated version of the app despite having the most update version. I cannot even log in without being redirected to the App Store to delete and redowload the app for the fifth time.Show lessClarebear637
Kinda works
My documents don’t always get uploaded when they need to. I’ve had to upload documents three and four times before they will be accepted but the department doesn’t tell you that the documents haven’t been accepted so you just loose benefits and then you have to argue with someone from the state.Nikkilee1

Need to be able to upload a pdf
The check stubs are sent in a pdf if we could upload it instead of print then photograph them and then upload it would be great
Also if everyone could pay premium for MAPP it would save timepdf simple

I no longer have to go to the library then go pay to fax documents. This app is user helpful and easy to use. I’m so glad they came up with this. Definitely saved me a headache, not to mentioned I called the office today and my call was never answered so I’m happy to do things through this new app!
