  • Soooo Convenient!!!

    Super easy to use this app and saves me so much time and money because now I don’t have to go to the library or a printing place to fax documents even if it is only a couple dollars....u just take a picture of your documents or proof and that’s it! U sign in and it only takes a second to load. I love using the app, will never go back to faxing lol thank u for creating such a easy and convenient app for my life!!!!

    Works well except for one major thing: the “submit” button. It’s green, it’s at the bottom center of page, therefore it looks like you should click it after every page submitted. But, no! If you do this, it closes your submission and you can’t get back in!
  • About time!

    I have had so much trouble with enrollment the past 3 years before using this app. What a headache! But now it is easier and faster than ever. I don’t know how long this app has been available but I just discovered it a few weeks ago. Re-enrollment only took 10 minutes this time and I was done! I haven’t had anymore delays because I can now instantly see which documents are missing and scan them right in with my phone. SO MUCH EASIER. Thank you for getting up to date with technology!

    The photo submission makes everything so much easier and faster! No more million photocopies and faxes! I love it.

    I am so glad this is available it is so hard to get in contact with someone at the office. You will be on hold for hours and then someone will pick up and hang up. Thanks again
  • Better than I expected!

    It was very easy to use this app. Better than I expected from government bureaucracy.
  • Where are the letters?

    I received an email message stating that a letter was available and to access it in the app or on the website. I should find the letter in the “Manage my Email” section. I cannot locate this section, therefore cannot read the letter. Which means that benefits may be denied. Snail mail is too slow for such information therefore it is vital for the app and website to function properly and contain the needed functions.
    I deleted the app and reinstalled it, however the problem persists.

    Thank you for your review. Currently, you can only view your letters through the ACCESS website at access.wisconsin.gov. With the MyACCESS mobile app, you can can see the programs you're enrolled in, get reminders of actions you need to take, and submit and track documents. We're always looking for ways to make MyACCESS better and have noted the ability to view letters through the app as a future enhancement.
  • Does not work!

    The app doesn’t work at all. It was a waste to download it. I only downloaded it to submit documents. Ever time you click the upload document button nothing happens. The tab doesn’t open for you to select the picture which is really dumb and inconvenient.
  • Few fixes

    This app is really useful. I just wish it wouldn’t lag so much when uploading documents. It keeps freezing and going blank. I keep having to close and reopen.
  • It works!

    Very straight forward and to the point. UI is clean and easy to navigate. Very easy to check the status of all the benefits you receive as well as see any documentation they need submitted.
    It would be nice to have more in depth options- such as seeing the actual documents you’ve submitted recently. Just a thought for a future update possibly? Definitely appreciate the app!! Keep up the good work of helping people in Wisconsin!!

    Thank you for taking the time to share! We appreciate the feedback. We've made note of your suggestion about being able to view all recently submitted documents. Currently, you can view documents you've submitted electronically, either through the ACCESS website or the MyACCESS app, in the last 90 days. Because of the way documents submitted by fax, by mail, or in person are processed, we are only to show documents you've submitted electronically at this time.
