  • Excellent quickly responding app

    This covers all the bases that my mobile browser was hanging up on.
    Just beware, you need to click links for navigating instead of swiping to go forward or backward.
  • Don’t use to upload documents

    I have used this app to upload documents in pdf and jpeg and they were marked as received however when I called first off the “CONTACT US” butten connects you with forward health so if you have a enrollment issue you are through to the wrong department. Second major flaw is that the documents that I uploaded were marked as received and no more documents were required of me (according to the app) however this was incorrect information and the documents were still outstanding, causing a lapse in coverage. Please develop this app to be more in sync with the information put out on the access website, and fix the upload issues since family’s healthcare and food budget can be easily disrupted by this faulty app.

    Love the app! The gov’t is stepping up & becoming more modern in WI! I could not access the app just now though. I am getting a message that my connection is bad and the network cannot connect. All my other apps work just fine though. Wonder what is holding it up?
  • Great when it updates

    It’s great when it updates. It doesn’t show my status of applied for benefits, and hasn’t updated in 10 days.
  • Amazing when it works

    The options that the app offers are incredible! But sometimes it just doesn’t. It won’t open. Or it just shuts down and goes back to the home screen unexpectedly. The first time I used it was to submit some documents for proof in the 11th hour, and it kept saying done! Done! Then it would go back to the home screen. In the end I learned that it was not done! and my proof was not submitted on time and my benefits expired. Very frustrating. But when it does work, it’s amazing that you can do this through the app!

    Thanks for your review and reporting these issues. We apologize that you didn't have a good experience with MyACCESS. We are looking into the issue of the app not opening or closing unexpectedly. When you successfully submit a document, you'll receive a screen indicating your submission was successful. The document will also show on your submitted list. If the document doesn't show on your submitted list or remains on your needed list, the document submission was not successful. In this case, you should submit the document again either through the MyACCESS app, the ACCESS website, or by fax or mail.
  • First Time Using App

    This was my first time using the App and I had to call customer support to get started. They were really helpful and friendly and once I got into the App it was really easy to use!
  • So convenient!!

    Oh my goodness—I wish all user interfaces were this clean, easy to use/navigate, and comprehensive! I just discovered this app exists, so I’m a little bit behind here, but I can’t imagine ever having the same levels of stress I’ve experienced via calling/in-person reviews in years pst. This is so ridiculously easy to use and convenient—I’m really grateful for the designers that put this into place. This app is one less stressor in a system that can really be challenging to navigate. Great work!!

  • Decent app but LOTS of room for improvement

    App is handy for submitting apps and reading your documents, seeing what’s left for SNAP, but unfortunately I’ve found that’s about the limit. YourTexasBenefits app which I was using before I moved from TX to WI will do all that as well as let you see the details of your case, exactly what benefits you get and if you get SNAP, exactly how much and when. I’m sure there’s more it can do, I just can’t remember off the top of My head.

    Unable to upload documents thru the app- when I go to the website to upload the document there, it syncs with the app, but after 24 hours, there is no trace of it ever being submitted. - I do get a confirmation number though.
  • Not sure what the point of this App is

    It would be helpful if I could access my FoodShare balance on this app, when more
    $$ will be out on etc. Honestly it is what I thought I would be able to do and why I downloaded it. Sometimes getting on the phone to check the balance isn’t possible
