  • Photo upload freeze

    I’ve attempted to upload my document several times now, each time the app has frozen not allowing me to submit or return to a working page.

    It’s also not stated on Access Wisconsin’s website that this is the only way to electronically upload documents which resulted in several, long calls before someone informed me. And now I still can’t upload.

  • Submit Docs needs improvement

    Document submission is sketchy. Cuts off parts of the documents and doesn’t give you the option to select the dimensions or crop yourself so it doesn’t cut off.

    Freezes when you attempt to submit documents, to the point you have to force close and relaunch. Especially if it’s a document it wants to crop. Been trying to submit something for several hours but it crops too much out.

    We’re sorry you’re experiencing this. Sometimes if the background isn't dark enough, the photo will not display properly. Try putting your document on a darker background and taking another photo.
