  • Love it but …

    My primary issue is that my free credit does not show up after paying for the Plus subscription. It’s been almost a month.

    It’s been so hard to get someone to respond and help with the issue I have. First their support form is buried deep in their site and only found with a Google search, their email contacts sent in the subscription confirmation email isn’t correct and then the response doesn’t match my issue at all. I am not able to use my course without the credit and have lost a month trying to reach someone.

    I am finally forced to give them a bad review to get their attention.

  • Even professionals love to learn more!

    I have a degree in art, but I still love to learn, because there are always new skills to learn or enhance, or new ways of looking at information you learned long ago. I love Domestika. The instructors are concise and articulate as they communicate a wealth of information in their areas of expertise. One of my favorite aspects of Domestika is that I have the option of purchasing classes outright, so that is how I accumulate the classes that I take when I have opportunities. Here’s to more happy years of experiencing great art and learning through Domestika!

  • App that actually works well!

    The app works well, has deals same as web, and makes it easy to watch classes while using airplay to my Apple TV. Or on the go. Or on the sofa. lol really good, quality instructors with classes that are just the right length. Only complaint? Please please have a real translator (a human being) verbally translate non-English classes. Y’all used to do that but now it’s just captions which makes it harder to read captions, watch the demonstrations and learn at same time. However the classes are easily checked to see what languages are supported before you buy, which is appreciated. All in all really like this service and product.

  • Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

    I absolutely love 🥰 learning new things. I have so many fantastic hobbies and this is like a dream come true having affordable classes in the comfort of my own home!!
    I have always wanted to learn needle painting embroidery and thanks to this fantastic learning platform I am learning from the most amazing artists!
    I am also learning art and design skills from amazing university tutors on this platform from different countries around the world! I would never have had the ability to learn from them any other way!
    I am finding the platform ok to manage. I find having tutors who can’t speak in English ok to learn from if the class I am taking has audio in English, there are subtitles but I learn better by being able to listen. I don’t know if all the classes has English speakers who translate, so I look at the availability before I purchase a class.
    The only thing I was unhappy about was each time I bought a class, the price for classes would increase. As I was purchasing so many I decided to buy their monthly subscription and pay for any additional classes not covered by the subscription. So far the subscription is working well for me because I do several classes per month and I can also pay for several classes at a time if I want to.
    The classes are very professionally made, and seeing the demonstrations are very clear to understand with no prior experience.
    Looking forward to learning more new and exciting art/craft/design courses.

  • Wonderful App

    Overall a really wonderful app with an incredible range of creative courses. I’ve taken courses on things I didn’t even know I wanted to learn or would enjoy! My one comment is that I would love an Apple TV app if possible/ viable. I use another creative app on the tv, but I would love to have the easily accessible and fully immersive experience of learning with Domestika on the big screen in an app. Muchas gracias!

  • Great courses, so-so app

    A seemingly endless selection of courses from a diverse range of artists to pique your curiousity, spark your creativity, and set you up with new skills. The app has some limitations and doesn’t mesh well with the website so you will need to make sure you log in via the website to get all that Domestika has to offer.

  • Professionalism and affordability

    I have purchased 12 courses so far on various subjects and each one is so professional and interesting I can’t believe that they are as affordable as they are - This is seriously such a great platform to learn on any subject whether you are a beginner or a professional that wants to advance your knowledge !   • Amazing courses - but better on the web than on app?

    I’m English and a lot of the courses are in Spanish (which I don’t mind at all, especially when pretty much all the videos have English subtitles) and they always have the subtitles when I watch the course videos on the web - but I can’t seem to get any English subtitles when I’m watching my courses on the app? And my Spanish isn’t THAT good to understand everything without English subtitles Not sure why it doesn’t do subtitles on the app. I Might be missing something. But apart from that - THE COURSES ARE SO GOOD 😭😭😭❤️

  • Customer support doesn’t exist when you need them

    As an app is not soo bad, can improve, cause for example I cannot upload my projects and edit them though the app, I always need to pass th the browser, which is pointless if you download an app cause is supposed to be more comfortable and you always need to pass the the browser anyway. But that’s not the reason of the one star, the reason is, I tried many many times to reach them through they’re costumer support and they NEVER ANSWERED. I need to ask important things about my plus charges (they charge me more than it’s suppose to do, and this is something serious) and they never reply back. I tried through the live chat and the messa is always “live chat not available at the moment, try later” through email, I just get random messages where they tell me to wait, Instagram or any social media nothing at all. So if we have an issues, how it can be fixed if no one ever reply to the customer support? This is very very bad for me. Awful!

  • Better education than my degree, but please add a filter for Languages

    Super app with amazing content, I only wish my Spanish was better so I could understand some of the other really great courses. It would be great if they could have a filter to search for English courses. But overall a fantastic experience, what I’ve learnt in these courses is by far the best education for arts related content. It beats what I learnt in my degree hands down!
