Identity theft isn’t personal
People say all the time that they don’t have anything. No one would want their credit - But nothing could be further from the fact that when you get hit, your world is turned upside down and I for one don’t want to be the one to try to “fix” the problem. I’m not willing to give up the money and hours it would take to untangle that mess. IDShield? Way cheaper to let them handle it!! Thanks for keeping my stress level down!!DailyDoseADonna

Crashes and freezes
I am new to this service but any time I try to navigate or input information the app either crashes or freezes. If this is what I can expect, I will be canceling very soon.TheSinful1
Unstable
When you try to add new info to be monitored, clicking save does nothing. When trying to view social media accounts, app crashes. Basically unusable.blairmi2
