New but not improved
What I have on my desk top and IPad look nothing like what is advertised in the App Store. No credit monitoring visible or assessable. None of the other pages appear in my account. Very disappointing.Corin123456
Good app
The app is easy to use and shows me alerts about the different monitoring products. Has more in it than my old InfoArmor app.Faith in CA
Good credit and identity protection
It’s simple to use compared to other products I’ve tried. And I like the way IDShield shows me right away when something unexpected changes with my credit or personal accounts.Joshua H !

Vague
I keep getting dark web alerts for my email but it never says for what credential(Facebook, eBay etc.) so unable to go to effected account to change creds. Just seems like an alerting service that doesn’t really do anything else. My financial accounts already alert if there is trouble, and this app is not smart enough to not alert when thresh hold is between 2 accounts it is monitoring (such as paying from bank account monitored to credit card that is monitored)apacrytgon
