  • Not dependable

    The system looses connectivity with the network consistently. I tried using a booster and then a mesh system with excellent signals at the device and it still does not connect or looses the signal. It needs a lot of improvements as far as I am concerned

  • Worked in the beginning…not so much now

    I loved this app in the beginning which was over a year ago. Lately it seems there is something wrong with it. It closes immediately after opening, and it thinks I’m still sleeping even though I’ve clicked that I’m awake and to turn the alarm off. This would be really annoying if it went off in church or an important meeting someone might have. Another thing is in the middle of the night while I’m sleeping, it will randomly start vibrating as if the alarm is going off but it’s not set to that time. I’m also not sure the snore feature is working anymore. I can’t seem to figure out what is wrong. Also it keeps saying I gave high carbon dioxide levels in my room which may be true but I am wondering how accurate the air sensor is. I loved it when it worked right. Please fix these issues. I’ll give it more stars if so.

    The closing sounds like you may have had a corrupt installation of one of our latest updates.   • Good when it works, questionable data

    My main complaint is the app crashing shortly after I open it. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. It has been months. As well, If you get out of bed an hour or so after falling asleep, the app will start to record your sleep after you’ve gotten back into bed and not the sleep you got prior. If you get out of bed in the morning and come back to bed to sleep, the app will not record or track the minutes or hours you’ve gotten after going back to sleep.
    This bed base was very expensive and the sleep tracking was a major selling point, yet the tracking is far from perfect with little updates.

  • App connection

    Bed sleeping mode get disconnected and I can’t connect back . Made many attempts very disappointed!😡
  • Good but edits don’t work

    App is good but fails in several areas. It has difficulty during a designated sleep period of knowing when the user gets up briefly (pets, bathroom, et al) and then comes back to bed. App often ends the sleep too early. It then becomes impossible to edit the sleep and have it reflected. You can edit the sleep period but the app fails to update the graphics and score. Update: edit does not ever update the data shown. Changing sleep time still shows an abbreviated period. Device records sleep even when no one is in the bed AND the sensor is turned off in the app???

Additionally, we would like to ask some follow up questions on your sleep edit. Our team tried to reproduce the issue but we have been unsuccessful thus far.

    App now crashes when trying to check Analysis!
    Tried to delete add and download again still crashing.

  • Won’t Connect

    I have tried several times to connect to the internet, will not work.
  • Pretty good

    I’ve had my base/app two full months. I had white glove delivery thru Tempurpedic so my app and bed were set up properly.

    PROS: I love all of the analytics the app provides; I look forward to seeing it every morning. It has made me conscious of things I can do to improve my sleep and changed some behaviors.

    CONS: I have noticed that sometimes says I was asleep when I was awake. On a few occasions in the last month, it says I woke up and it stopped recording before I got out of bed or hit “stop recording.” My biggest complaint is that I get phantom vibrations in the night. I don’t have the snore monitor on, only a sleep alarm, but it will vibrate for a quick second hours before the alarm goes off. Because I’m a light sleeper, it’s disturbing my sleep. I turned on “background refresh app” setting this weekend hoping that would resolve it, but it did not.

  • A lot of money for poor service

    We spent $14,000 on a new bed, and to say I am disappointed with the service would be an understatement. The guys came and delivered the bed, wired it incorrectly with no explanation on how to use it. I left a message with store manager, he never bothered to respond, I had to figure the wiring myself, I am still trying to figure out how to use the other features of this bed, you would think they would explain that all to you when the delivered it.
