  • Improving our sleep

    My husband & I needed help with setting up our Tempur-pedic sleeptracker monitor & I was so confused. So we called Tempur-pedic customer service & was connected with Luella. Luella took my husband & I, step by step & she was wonderful! Luella was so patient, kind & eager to get us setup. Her sweet nature & compassion was evident as she helped us. If I couldn’t quite understand her instructions she would repeat herself in a different way until I completely understood! So now we’re setup & ready to go. With neuropathy (nerve pain), Insomnia & heart problems, we’re so excited to find out how we can improve & ultimately have a better night sleep💤. Thank you so much Luella 👍🏼💕

  • Spent hours trying to get this to work

    We have the split king and the installation department has been to our house 4 times and they have already scheduled a fifth visit as they discovered the original installation team did not perform step #10

    However my biggest issue is getting the sleep tracker to work and/or produce any type of report. For the money I would give this minus 5 if that was choice

  • Terrible Service

    I purchased a Tempur-pedic from Mattress firm. The guys that delivered it scratched my hardwood floor, put a black smudge on my brand new white fabric bed, and left me to do the majority of the bed set up. They did send out a crew the next morning they found out the connecting wires below the bed were not plugged in and that’s why it would not work with my app. I had to go through a lot of extra hassle to be there for another time on a second day, and I’m going to have to coordinate and arrange for a cleaner to remove the spot from my bed. MattressFirm says they will pay for it but it doesn’t nearly compensate for the extra time I had spend on a simple delivery.

  • Its life changing

    At first we thought this just a another gismo. But with latest bed and thus app been able to fix issues that created sleep issues past few years! Im am curious about detail of care and how long airquality sensor lasts.
  • Buyers remorse

    Re: Sleep Tracker, I love the program (app) itself, and being able to see how I slept, know my heart rate, etc, BUT I greatly regret buying this bed with the feature all together due to extreme cost!! My husband, and I specifically went to look at Tempurpedic mattresses, based on family referral of its years of comfort like no other, and we were prepared to pay more for a great bed that would last 15-20 years, rather than 8, but we were too easily swayed by sales rep to purchase the one with this feature, and it ended up costing us about $7,000!!! We are still making payments a year later, and I’ve regretted it since the 3rd month of owning it, it’s just TOO much money, it’s absurd. Again, I like the app overall, not picking on how cool it is, but the cost, especially combined with way over priced bed itself, is just too much for regular folks like us to have bitten off. 😩

  • Sleep tracker AI worth the purchase

    After using the sleep tracker AI for 3 months I am revising my review to tell everyone this is an amazing product. It helped me learn how to sleep better. I was able to understand that when I exercised I tended to sleep better and the nights I drank alcohol I noticed a lot more wake up times and a much higher heart rate. I am a restless sleeper and toss and turn a lot and this device is helping me understand habits that contribute to it. Wish I could (easily) take it to hotels when I travel.

  • Can’t get it working.

    Buying was easy of course
    The delivery guys came and when it came to setting up/testing sleep tracker they said I was on my own and to contact the sales guys. Contacted sales guys who said to follow the instructions. The app download said the system wasn’t hooked up correctly. Stuck in the proverbial do loop.

    If the quality of the product tracks their customer service, this will be one of the best products we’ve ever purchased
  • Love the app and the report it generates each day

    Bought the new adjustable base and that was the latest model. Didn’t expect to see to much in the app, but after installing it and seeing a few reports, it really does tell you how to get a good nights rest.
  • Helped me make changes

    The coaching is great! I have been able to change my habits with electronics and diet in the evening and have noticed in a better sleep score but more importantly in my general health (energy, weight & mood).
