  • Delivery Setup

    Our Split-King base & mattress was delivered this morning. I spent the rest of the day figuring out how to install and set-up the sleep tracker app for two people. Disconnecting and reconnecting wires to get it to operate properly on our two iPhones should have been done by the MattressFirm delivery crew. They seemed like nice guys but didn’t even mention the app. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes so I expect they are familiar with the bed but I not sure if they know anything about the app. Now that I’ve had it operating all of two hours, I’m impressed with the bed.

  • Not reliable

    Sleeptracker is inconsistent and inaccurate. It doesn’t record every night; sometimes it records that I am awake and up when I am asleep and visa verse. It skips entire nights. On my iPad it does not record on the correct day. I have reset it numerous times and even deleted and reinstalled the app and closed/reopened all devices several times. And really strange is that my partner’s sleep gets recorded accurately every night, except for the problem with the iPad. He is on the wrong day also.

  • The app is worthless as a remote

    Non responsive. I have 1 TB upload and download speed and this app cannot keep up. Responds to one button push. But if you turn massager or do anything else it simply will not do anything to the bed. The guy at the store said an advantage to this base was you always have the app in case you lose the remote, but theres no way to regain control cause the app is not functional for controlling the bed.

  • Fair to middlin’

    I purchased the adjustable bed for reasons other than the app but upgraded to the “smart” to one due to the “smart” features supposedly working with my smart home devices and being hands-free .

    Some nights the app misses sleep if I move from my designated side of the bed and off that sensor. It would be great if you could set the entire bed up for one person.

    I use this with my smart home devices and the commands that you can give through Alexa or Google are very limited. I have found that I can only adjust preprogrammed positions (3) - zero g, flat and favorites. You cannot activate the massage feature, adjust head or foot position individually, turn alarm on, or activate snore detection without the actual app through a smart phone or the remote. In other words, this “smart” bed setup is not so smart. If I am missing something, I’d love a list of actual commands.

    Lastly I have recently noticed that my cognitive behavioral insights are from a day or two prior instead or current day. For example, I slept 8 hours last night but my report is from two days ago. It even says “last night you slept 6 hours” in the report but at the start it says that I slept 8. This is a new bug.

  • Surprisingly very disappointing and discouraging experience

    This has been horrible. I have had this bed for 2+ months and I cannot get the bed and app connected and set-up. We called support who tried diligently to help me. However, when they had to escalate, I was told someone would call me to help. Instead I received an e-mail with basic instructions, as if we had not tried that already about 25 times. This has been a surprisingly very disappointing experience.

  • Needs an update

    Love my bed and cannot fault it at all, however, the sleep tracker needs a little tweaking to bring it up to the same level as it’s counterpart. Some nights it will state that I’ve not got up during the night, when I’m tact I’ve been up 3 or 4 times. Other times it has woken me up and claimed I’ve been snoring, when in fact it has been my sleeping partner who has. We each have different trackers and they are both paired with our individual beds so this shouldn’t happen; I’ve now had to disable my ‘snore feature’ because this kept happening. No I do not snore AT ALL and in fact have had 2 in house sleep studies done to test this out. I do believe that if these kinks are sorted out this product could be a wonderful device, even one that information can be shared with Dr’s; but right now that information is incorrect.

  • App Dark-Mode

    We’ve had our Tempur-Pedic for 3 years and love the bed and the app. However, we used to be able to see the Air Quality numbers before the dark-mode changed to permanent. Now, the temperature does not display, only that it is “Warm” Is there a fix in place to get the actual numbers to display again?

    Thank you for your review. We have made changes in the app that give users environmental condition ranges instead of an exact measurements. At this time we do not have any plans to change back but we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.
  • Junior high project

    Errors… all I get during setup. I finally got the bed set up. I moved my router which involved unplugging the router. App lost everything. Every error I encountered the 1st time setting up, I encountered again while setting my app up again.

    Whats up with the 2.4ghz thing? Only device that only works on 2.4 and fails if it sniffs anything else.

    I think a junior high programming class did this app for a class project.

  • Having issues with the bed controls

    My intelligent bed readjusts itself two or three times a night. Vibrate low, vibrate high and then vibrate middle. Sleep country it seems provides little support for the electronic beds they sell and as a result I am woken up by this automatic bed resetting nightly around 3am. If anyone can help guide me to a solution, that would be greatly appreciated . Thanks.

  • Disappointed

    There are many things I love about this app but it’s left me wanting in a lot of ways. I like how closely it monitors how I am sleeping but there were metrics I used on my old sleep app such as heart rate variability that I don’t get here. I don’t get trending metrics (just how last night was in comparison to the previous day). I miss being able to tag things I did the previous day like meditation/exercise/drinking/sexual activity/etc. The sensors are great but the limitations of the data it collects are disappointing.
