  • Bed is great; but…

    The adjustable bed it great.
    The sleep tracker with 2 people using the bed is doesn’t work well; more often than not it somehow switches who it is recording or it records one person and not both. Some days it works fine. It’s just unreliable.
    The mattress pad that you have to use to maintain the warranty is slick and every sheet that we have used over it slips around and is bothersome.

  • Initial setup issues

    I’ve only used the app for maybe 20 minutes total so far and I had a tremendously painful time setting up the bed. The app wasn’t able to get past the wifi setup, I discovered later that it was because I had a VPN setup on my phone. The VPN wasn’t even active but it was still causing issues. After deleting the VPN I was able to continue with setup. There should be some instructions check for or to disable VPN.

  • New setup

    I bought a cal king tempurpedic with the power base. I had a couple issues with setup. The barcode on the tag did not match the barcode on the tracker box. So after 3 failed attempts using the tag barcode, I had to get a flashlight and lay on the floor to get the barcode off the tracker box. Having the cal king means the two bases have to be slaved together. The delivery guys slaved them for the power controls, but not for the tracker. I had to figure out to disconnect one sensor from the right side tracker box and connect it with the other sensor in the left side tracker box. Not a big deal for me, but delivery guys should know this and the instructions were a little ambiguous. Since I just set up on the app, I can’t comment on the accuracy or sensitivity yet. Looking forward to it. So far the mattress and the power base have proven to be all I expected. I’ll know more about the actual tracker features later, but happy to see the right integration with Apple’s iPhone health capabilities.

    Update -after two weeks, its almost scary how many metrics this tracker captures. Idk how it knows when I’m asleep or awake. Let alone deep/light or REM sleep. Heart rate and breathing rate without a device attached to me? room conditions as well. The long term analysis will prove useful to see if my sleep improves over time.

    So far, I am very happy with the bed, the tracker and the app!

  • Awake cause my husband is snoring

    I like that I can access the remote through the app and Alexa. But the first night we didn’t have snore enabled. So the second night we did and felt like it would randomly adjust and pulsate and wake us up. And I’m the morning, I could clearly hear my husband snoring and the bed never adjusted during that time. Tonight is the 3rd night having this bed and I’m wide awake because the bed is not adjusting so my husband is continuing to snore. I guess at least I don’t have to fumble in the dark for the remote since I can use the app. Been manually adjusting the bed a few times…knock on wood but o think he finally stopped snoring for now.

  • Very useful

    High quality app with very detailed and useful metrics on your night’s sleep. The Home Screen is buggy for me, as it doesn’t show me any information, but the details can be seen on the other screens. HomeKit compatibility would be a nice to have. Overall, this app is well-done and I plan to use it daily.

  • It’s pretty inaccurate

    I’ll be awake all night and the next morning I’ll get my email telling me that my sleep quality was something ridiculous like 90 and that I got 8 hours of sleep. It will show that I was in a deep sleep during the hours that I was laying awake staring at the clock.

    It has also never told me that I’ve been awake more than twice per night which is really far off.

    The idea of getting this information is really neat but the technology isn’t there yet.

  • Connecting monitor

    After two hours with customer service (ugh) we finally decided my router was not compatible with the app. So…new router and… Still had problems… kept saying box was not connected which it was. After shutting off the bed several times and deleting and reloading (3times) the app, it suddenly appears to be working. Well, we will see tonite anyway

  • Update: working now! (Just delivered not working)

    Took me a bit to get the bed connected to the internet. I had to read through the directions multiple times to get it. Once there it was smooth. Love all the data and the info the app provides.

    (Bed was just delivered. Not working. Not recognizing the sensors. Don’t buy.)
  • Worked for a few days then stopped

    Doesn’tWork and the technicians haven’t come out to my house to fix it they expect you via email to try to fix it with different methods takes too long and doesn’t work I’ve asked them to send out a technician but I don’t know what their responses I might have to send the bed back
